Tia was absolutely amazing and helpful. We drove nearly two hours to visit this showroom and they were happy to let the kids explore and try out every vehicle they wanted which made for such a positive experience. So happy we made the drive!

Brought a car for repairs as within 6 months electrical system broke 3 times, on the third time they informed us that the electrical system is no longer under warranty as more than 30 days has lapsed and we will have to pay out of pocket (originally they claimed warranty was for 90 days) unfortunately friends have had similar issues. Please be advised their customer service is atrocious when -not if - your car breaks.In response to the manager:We did indeed have the car for a few years, and when it broke we paid for the diagnosis/ repair, it’s just that the same electrical system broke 2 more times in 6 months and you refused to honour your repair work, you kept trying to extract more money out of us stating that the issues were not related and even going as far as contradicting yourselves with regards to what was and wasn’t fixed - very poor customer service

I bought a truck for my 1 year old and 3 year old. It’s very jerky and unsafe for kids that age. Apparently it’s because it’s 24V not 12V. I told the sales person my kids age and they didn’t direct me to a more appropriate truck. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service when I called in with my concerns.

We ordered the Can-Am vehicle for our son. When we initially ordered they informed me our address was out of the free delivery change (we live in a rural area). After placing the order again and shipping it to an address in a larger center they shipped it out the next day and we got it very quickly. When we put it together we were short 4 small screws. I contacted them and they are sending them out for me without hesitation. The car itself is great, my son loves it!

Very helpful staff. We're very impressed with the showroom and that we could try out the cars. She even took one off the shelf for us to test out the jerking of the 24volt. Highly recommend!!

Promptly greeted by Tia when I entered, obtained info from me to narrow down the most appropriate car for my son. After narrowing it down, discussed the pros & cons and other factors (age, weight, road surface). No pressure sales, supportive decision-making. Receipt & warranty provided, totally seamless and thorough transaction!Did my comparison shopping via the alternative options with cheaper price point but keep safety of your child in mind. This vendor also has a service centre, should repairs be required. Even customers from the other vendors, go there!I'd strongly recommend visiting in-store, to actually see the demos in showroom & they're great customer service.

I got a car from here as a gift. It was a really nice car and for a very high price. The car has been broken and not working well from the start. It's been fixed under warranty once. And then out of warranty the price to fix it was incredibly high. They wanted to charge me $340 to fix it for the second time. They said one of the things needed replacing was the battery. I didn't get it fixed and took it home. We tested the battery and it was completely fine. Also after taking it home there was a new problem with it. It would only drive back not forward. We took it apart to find out the wires were all switched around. It's now working well. Hoping it stays that way. Save your money and you a headache. Don't buy one of these overly priced cars. It's not worth it.
