Very busy Sunday afternoon, both the drive thru and inside were lined up but the lady working the counter (by herself) was doing a fabulous job. She was juggling 5 different things at a time and seamlessly. She even apologized for what I would say was not a very long and quite reasonable wait. Give that girl a raise! The food was good to, I only got a blizzard and some onion rings but they were fresh and fast and delicious.

This is a chain first off, mark up between here and grande prairie? is a HUGE no no for retail buds, I’ll be reporting it to head office. $4 for a dipped cone? Then I go to order and they don’t even have wraps. Third time I’ve tried to buy chicken wraps on my way through. Place is a joke. Won’t be stopping here again on our way through ever again.

Didn’t get our drinks except the 1 pepsi, food was cold, my burger still had tomato after i informed staff off a nightshade allergy(meaning i can’t eat tomatoes) my sister’s blizzard was quite literally full of cat hair, and we were not given our receipt after asking 3 times.A separate time we went, asked for ONE chicken basket with fries.They charged us for TWO baskets with onion rings and a poutine, and absolutely refused to fix the order.

Seriously they gave us kids ice crea before the food. Then the employee was stunned and gave us a blank look when I asked her what I’m supposed to do with these. She looked at me like I was dumb. I told her we didn’t want the ice cream before our food and again she looked at me like I was dumb. Then I asked if I can put them in the cake cooler until they are ready to be eaten and she got very flustered and said I could not go there, no chance no way. But not once did she offer to take them back. So I said ok we will eat melted ice cream and she left. For the love of god, give the ice cream after the meal. Common sense

They were out of many items on the menu. Was a long wait to even order then 20 minutes to get my food once I did order. Got to my truck and my food was cold. Fries were old. Burger was just sloppy. Won't be back

Quiet Wednesday around 6:30 pm. Travelling through VVBurgers were ice cold we had to to go ask the staff to put in them the microwave.? Never fear though folks - the employees have which of them is driving to the party on the weekend all worked out. Very Important obviously. Staff was friendly enough so they got 2 stars

Edit: Upgrading to 4 stars because management contacted me and openly discussed the issue and rectified it, not just for me corrected the error in-store.I frequent this DQ quite a bit. I find most staff to be friendly and good service. It was my go-to for fast food in Valleyview.But I noticed that the 2 for 6$ deal is not only not a deal, but actually a way to overcharge for items. If you choose a medium drink, you actual pay 50 cents MORE for your drink. I bought 3 items, a wrap, fries and a med. drink. I was charged 2 for 6$ for the drink and wrap, then a full 3$ for the fries. According to the cashier the till does this automatically and they can't change it to pay regular price for the drink. There was apparently no way NOT to overcharge me.I won't be going back until they sort out their pricing and stop overcharging on the 2 for 6$ deal.""

Came in on 6/16/2022 around 8:10pm and just wanted Chicken strips with no fries and a blizzard. The young guy with short dark hair who was the cashier was a huge help and an exceptional human being, extremely friendly and understanding of what customer service is, definitely deserves some recognition. The receipt says Darren T but I honestly didn't catch his name.
