Highly recommend this business. I needed a repair tech to come look at our fridge over the weekend. John was on call over the weekend and very responsive, he arrived right away. Was able to determine the issue with the refrigerator and repair and fix it for us within the hour. Went above and beyond and sorted out other issues as well with the water lines for the ice maker and improved them. Efficient, knowledgeable, transparent with pricing and explained everything he did. Bonus he lives close by and arrived withing 5 minutes.

John was extremely helpful. He was prompt in setting up an appointment and attending the location. John and his colleague were able to diagnose the issue with our fridge and fix it incredibly fast, and cleaned up the area which was even their mess. They were very friendly and will certainly contact them again in the future when any of our other appliances require repair. Excellent service!!

From beginning to end, the experience with Starfix Appliances was incredible. They were responsive, transparent, punctual and honest. Our washing machine was leaking a little bit of water and John came to have a look. He quickly and expertly identified the issue and even helped us fix our broken knob. I am so happy that we reached out to them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest and prompt repair people. Definitely worth what I paid for.

The water dispenser and ice maker on my fridge was not working, I noticed on one of the reviews another customer seemed to be having the same issue as I was and was charged $150, I called Starfix and John came out today. Turns out my water to the fridge had been accidentally shut off, I was charged $252.00 for him to turn my water back on which is why I am only giving 2 stars. I wouldn’t have had any issue in paying for his time and also wouldn’t have minded paying the $252.00 if there was an actual issue but $252.00 is a little excessive for my water being off.

I cannot recommend this business highly enough. The repairs that were needed were thoroughly explained to me, the price I was quoted was very reasonable. When I accepted the quote via email, the office was prompt in getting back to me to schedule a date and time and John the technician is very knowledgeable, professional, polite and efficient. He knows what he's doing, explains everything in simple to understand terms so you not only understand the issues, but what's required and why. Excellent service! I would readily recommend this business as the business to call first should you require appliance repairs.

Can't say enough good things about our experience hiring John with Starfix last month. He fixed our Bosch dishwasher when the heating element needed to be replaced and it's been working great ever since. He knew right away when I explained what the problem was and ordered the part with a very quick turnaround for the service call.When he arrived, he was professional, on-time and very friendly. The work was efficient and when completed, he cleaned up his area and left everything in great shape.Thank you - we'll be using you again in the future (although hopefully not for awhile haha)

I needed to repair my dishwasher. Starfix was super efficient, professional, and the price was very reasonable! They sent two techs. The first tech didn’t have the part but was able to arrange for the part the same day. He was clear about the pricing and next steps. The second tech came shortly afterwards. I was in meetings but they provided me the option to pay after via e-transfer. Super seamless. Highly recommend!

They always show up on time, offer great advice on how to maintain the appliances, and are very reasonably priced.
