Not great. Pedicure water was coldI asked 3 times for hot water and still didn't get it. Water overflowed in pedi chair soaking sandles and purses. I believe he used a bowl from kitchen ( which looked dirty) to empty the sink.Lots of pedi chairs but no workers to do pedi. They kept telling people they were too busy but only 3 customers in store.

Pretty slow (1.5hrs for a regular polish pedi)

0/10. Me and bestfriend went to go get our nails done yesterday which were supposed to be matching and geez. the worst place ever!! they cut our fingers while doing our nails, and they’re so bad. if I can put a picture I would. but I WANT A REFUND. these weren’t even worth it. wth

Pedicures felt rushed and not very thorough, not worth the price at all. I also got a manicure which was not done good at all. Nails are very thin and straight with no curve or support to them at all. I feel like I could just snap them off. Definitely would not go here for fake nails again. Place was also kinda dirty.

Poor quality nails , not even shapes and has a very rude staff member . Will never go back. Poorly run business .

went in for a gel polish change, it was a younger man who did them for me and at the end I noticed he had left polish on my skin so I had to scratch it off. He then tells me it would come off when I washed my hands.. I get up to the front to pay and the lady at another station asks if I'm paying cash and I wasn't so I told her card and she said it doesn't work she tried to charge me another $1 on top to etransfer... so I tried to etransfer but my app wouldn't work so I showed her and she was soo rude asking why as if I knew I Said the bank must be doing maintenance and so she asked me to run to get cash which is annoying as she didn't tell me on the phone when I called.. I told her I'd pay less now I need to use my gas to go get money even though she didn't tell me. She said oh sometimes things happen. Shes right but tell your customers before they come in or before they start the service. So it was apparently my issue they couldn't take card?? She was snappy and rude.. NEVER AGAIN

I got my nails done here multiple times. it’s always walk-in which is convenient for me. But the lady who owns the business has cut my finger, left me bleeding. She’s also super rough with the nail filer and with the drill, she will nick you and won’t even apologize. I realized this place isn’t going to get better, it’s always unsanitary and it feels rushed. My last set she was rushing and was very rude to me. Gave this business multiple chances. Save your money and go somewhere where they’ll treat you with care.
