Incredible service and good reasonable prices. They have lots to offer. I was looking for replacement aquarium lights that were specific and they took my name and number. They ended up calling me the next day saying they found some in the back. So quick service as well.Very happy with my visit and will keep buying my fish food here. Thank you!

They have such an amazing selection of small pets and accessories here. I just love looking at all of the Christmas costumes for dogs and cats. Very cute! Amazing store, even to browse, for animal lovers such as myself. I come here often for cat toys, which theres a good variety of.

Wonderful customer service, always welcoming and friendly as you enter. Very informative and passionate about there products plus give you lots of insight about value for quality but know the little details about the differences too. Helped me get the right product for my fish tank and even let me know drift wood would create tea coloring but don't be alarmed. Knew the fish even though totally pronounced it wrong lol. Also, wonderful reward system, always have the right dog food for my sensitive pups and lots of items to explore.

Had an appointment in Rocky from red deer today. Great petstore and prices were cheaper then the city. My daughter got 2 frogs and a new betta. Staff were friendly and very helpful!
