Holiday Inn & Suites Montreal Airport, an IHG Hotel

The receptionist at this hotel was helpful and friendly, which made a positive impact on our overall experience.Speaking of the overall experience, it was quite enjoyable. The hotel provided all the necessary amenities and services that we expected.However, when it comes to the room itself, I believe it could benefit from some renovation. While it served its purpose adequately, it lacked a modern touch and showed signs of wear and tear. Updating the room's decor, furniture, and fixtures would greatly enhance the comfort and aesthetic appeal for future guests.

I specifically asked for a wheelchair accessible room with two beds. I got that room. However, the shower did not have a seat or bench. They took me to another room that had one bed, the same shower set up with no bench or seat in the shower. We returned to the original room with two beds.Eventually, the staff found a shower bench and brought it to me.The bathroom was well equipped with hand rails, but the shower floor was a deadly accident waiting to happen as it was VERY slippery!!!Unfortunately, there were no hand rails beside the beds.The beds, pillows, and bedding were all comfortable.The baseboards were dusty. The floor was cheap laminate, which made a weird sound when you walked or rolled over it. There was a coffee maker with sugar and sweetener, but only powdered whitener sadly.For two nights, the bill was $712.21 for that price I think they can splurge on providing actual cream or milk for the coffee in the room.They have breakfast for $22/person, we did not eat breakfast at the hotel.I would have preferred to stay at the Holiday Inn in St.Jean sur Richelieu, but they only have one accessible room, and it was not available for the two nights I required.Overall, it wasn't bad yet it wasn't great that was why the 3 stars.

The Holiday Inn & Suites Montreal airport was nice for the night. The room was large and comfortable. Only one or two things were not up to the right level. The water of the swimming pool was very cold where the water from the hot tub was too hot. The sauna was right so. The food was tasty for a hotel restaurant but the service at the bar restaurant was a little upside down. Hopefully we were starting our vacation and we didn't really mind.

Very convenient. Lobby is beautiful but rooms definitely need upgrades. Price is steep for what you’re getting, you’re paying for convenience more than anything else.Bed was comfy and firm, bedding was of good quality.Our shower leaked like crazy but we left early and forgot to let staff know- sorry!The gave us a larger room since ours wasn’t ready but it was oddly large and felt barren. The bedroom had a hilarious cück chair setup which gave us a good laugh.The restaurant is a huge rip off so would try to eat away from the hotel if you are able. Very limited food options and quality just wasn’t there, with slow service.

I've been staying at this hotel every weekend of May, it's a nice hotel, the rooms could use a good deep clean. However everything is good otherwise. The staff is very confident and checking in is simple.

Very nice and clean hotel. Friendly staff and amenities are good. The Cognac restaurant is a must try. Only have 4 stars because the hot tub was at best lukewarm and never got hot, as well the AC unit in our room was extremely loud but did not really cool down the room.Other than these minute issues everything was very nice so recommend this hotel!

Incredible service! Staff was personable, genuine and kind and made an effort to accommodate any requests. Building is older but the service more than made up for it. Beautiful lobby that smells amazing! Immediately smelled clean and fresh. Would stay here again!Thanks Laila and team for the enjoyable family vacation.
