Small lot in Amherstburg, not much used selection. If you need a $60xxx+ priced new vehicle though they have lots of those.

Buying a Jeep at Racicot Chrysler was a great experience. Greg and Chris are so acknowledgeable and professional. They took in my trade and gave me a really nice price for it. They took there time to explain everything. Buying a used Jeep Cherokee was just like buying a new car, No difference! The jeep was spotless and polished upon arrival and detailed perfectly. Go into Windsor. Each time we go here they can never find the root of the issue. When we were looking for a vehicle we didn't even get a call back here n bought in Windsor.

Bought my used 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee June 8th 2021. Greg was the associate who helped me. He is the man. I think he deserves a raise or a bonus or something. June 2022 I had air conditioning issues the warranty expired. I called Greg he said he would see what he could do. The next day I brought it in for a diagnostic, left with a loaner. Next day I get a call saying your car is ready we replaced everything in the A/C unit. I was shocked. He saved me $1800 I can't say how appreciative and grateful I am for his integrity and empathy. I love Racicot Chrysler the nicest most genuine people you will ever meet. By far the best Chrysler dealership. Thank you Greg thank you Racicot.

Purchased my Gladiator at Racicot and I can’t say enough about how impressed I was with the customer service. Jamie was incredible. I came from out of town and he made sure everything was taken care of. Compared to my local dealer the difference was night and day. It was well worth the drive.

I will definitely be back for my next vehicle. This family run Dealer really cares about their clients and they worked an unimaginable deal for me due to Covid circumstances. They did what they said they would do which is really important to me in a world full of flakies!!!! Rob, Chris, and Leo thank you for working with me and putting up with me!

Brought my challanger in for front end noise. The diagnostic report stated it was a ball joint. Had to wait a week for maintenance, then when they gave me the car back the problem was not resolved. They refused to give me a discount on pricing and refused to give Me back the diagnostic fees. The service manager was dude and disrespectful . . They wouldn't not forward me to another manager and hung up on me. I called back and spoke the another manager who also refused to accommodate me. And then had the audacity to tell me to bring my car elsewhere will never go back again

Brought my truck in for a warranty issue. Fixed that day! Great service and friendly staff! Looking forward to my next service!
