I was shown this store over instagram and thought they had a really cute layout and style and I had inquired on a few items before going into the store as they had items listed on their instagram story saying to swipe up if interested which of course I did but only to get a reply back 2 days later asking what my inquiry was and then told it was sold already. Understandable if things sell quickly but my issue is the 2 day late reply? Why post on social media if you’re not going to respond to inquiries until days later? Poor business management and practise in my eyes. Not even interested in checking out the store now.

This place is brutal, and the owner is not a people person. Buyers beware, they are looking to end their return policy! I drove across the city to return items only to find them closed, they said they wouldn’t honour 1 day past the 7days due to this inconvenience. Upon checking out also, I found them to be rude with their approach and handling of customers. I’d rather pay full price then go here again.

Better off going to platos closet to sell your clothes. They took 6 (mostly all brand new items with tags) for $22. I am very disappointed with my experience here. They said it would take 30 min to go through clothes but it took them 5 minutes. I wanted to see what they took and he told me to keep the clothes in order? Like do you want my business or not. Customer service could be better, I wasn't greeted either. First thing he said to me was to put the bags down here as he pointed to the ground.

My wife came in to sell clothes this morning when she said she overheard a conversation between what I assume was the male owner and his two employees she said he was being very disrespectful and overheard the two girls to stop recording them as they felt very uncomfortable. No one should ever be treated like this which is why I decided to leave a review in hopes that head office will take accountability for this man. My wife felt very uncomfortable because he kept glaring at her. To any other women be careful when having encounters with this man.

I really should have read the reviews before bringing things in to sell. Was told AFTER sign in that it was a 2-3 hour wait which turned into a 4 hour wait. It wouldn’t have been an issue if they actually went through the clothes. They took some that were from the top but when we got home all the clothes at the bottom were not even touched. AND they stepped on the lulu lemon belt bag I had put in there to sell. They couldn’t even tell me, just put it back in the bag for me to find when I got home. I have a photo of what it looked like before it went and how it is now. This place is a joke. Locally owned isn’t always the best option. Just avoid this place at all cost. You will have better luck selling things at Plato’s closet and getting better deals.

What the heck is going on here? I used to love this store. Came at least once a month to find a little gem. Now suddenly the change rooms are closed/closing? I had about 10 items to try on that I was really excited about but the staff refused to let me try them due to a staff shortage, even after I offered to put everything I didn’t want back myself. Store was not busy. From my experience there were as many people there as always… Even if so would personally prioritize your customers and making money… Wildly disappointed... You would have for sure gotten a sale from me today if you’d let me figure out what fit. They also said moving forward they will be closing the change rooms regardless of staff capacity :S The worst of it all is that I couldn’t try them on because you didn’t have the capacity to put them away. I pointed this out then said if I can’t try them all you’ll have to put everything away anyway, which was met you a cold “that’s fine.” :S :’(

I do not understand what is going at this store at all. I can hardly find anything for someone in their 40's. Their styles are lacking. Selling clothes to them is so difficult. They turn down very stylish clothing and if they take it,they give you peanuts for designer labels! This store has really gone downhill! I can't bring myself to shop there anymore. Even Missions Thrift across the street has better clothing for less!

My wife stopped into this store yesterday to check out the sz of something in the window. It was 7:54pm. They close at 8pm. The doors were still opened and customers still in the store. She was ambushed by Meghan and told they were closed. My wife explained she just wanted to check a size. Meghan preceeded to roll her eyes at my wife. My wife now very upset, after already spending money in the store earlier that day called to get Meghan s name and ask an owner to call. Still no phone call! You think a store that has a sign in there window saying that they are currently not buying due to a lrg inventory , would not turn customers away or behave so ignorantly! My wife was very upset when calling and rightfully so. Now I guess it's head office we call!

DO NOT SHOP OR RE-SELL YOUR CLOTHES HERE!!!Both the male and female owners do not have proper training or any sense of customer service, they are extremely rude. These people lack respect and human dignity. I have shopped here multiple times and most of my interactions have been with the female owner, she is very immature and acts like a literal toddler it is embarrassing for her age!!.Also the manager Meghan is straight up ignorant, does not know how to properly interact with customers and overall sucks at her job. These people need a major fixup and serious re-evaluation of their customer orientation because the awful google reviews of this place does not do it justice. Take your money elsewhere!!
