Possibly the worst beard trim / line up I’ve ever received. All the guy did was pick a short setting on his clippers and shaved my entire beard off. Then did the most ridiculous line up on my neck. The entire time the guy made it seem like I was some how bothering him by even being there. All around a bad experience. I’ve never had my hair cut there so I can’t speak to that…and I’ve only ever gone here once…as you can imagine.

I have been getting my hair cut and eyebrows trimmed at Springbank Barber once a month for as long as I can remember.I am always pleased with the results and enjoy the conversation with my barber.

This place and the people who work or own it are amazing! My 7 and 13 year old girls’ bus didn’t come today and they were freezing in their school uniforms despite jackets, etc. I was dropping off other kids at 2 locations around the city. After 45 minutes my older child called to say the bus still had not come. I asked them to wait at the dentist nearby for me to pick them up as that is where we go for appointments and it is familiar. However, the kindly people at the Barbershop invited then in to wait and even let them use the bathroom and gave them lollipops and chips. I am beyond grateful and today shows how outstanding and honourable this business truly is!

Best barber in the city! It took a long time for me to find a barber that consistently cuts your hair to how I want. Never had a bad haircut from anyone here. Alex and Nino are my guys!

I’ve been coming to this barber consistently for the past two years! The two brothers are awesome people, who know how to do a serious fade! I grew out my hair for 4 months in hopes of trying a new hairstyle, came in yesterday and they gave me the same haircut they've been doing for two years. If you're looking for any haircut that isn't a fade or military cut, go elsewhere.

The quality and service is exceptional! They make you feel welcomed and I enjoy the interest they take with all their clients. If you want a professional haircut or styling this is the place to come to!!

I would highly recommend barber shop to anybody. The brothers both give great cuts and pay close attention to detail. They also have exceptional customer service and the shop has a great atmosphere. I changed my mind on the length a couple days after my cut and they cleaned it up no questions asked.

I sharpened Alex and Nino's shears today. Customers can rest assured their tools paired with their talent will provide you with a crisp and clean cut.

These guys are excellent, it's a clean and comfortable environment and both guys are very friendly. Prices are very good also. I've been getting my hair cut here for the last 2 1/2 years. I won't go anywhere else for my hair cut!
