I've dealt with Eric for three separate mountain issues and every time he gave absolutely fantastic service. Yep, best bike mechanic I've ever dealt with. He took the time to discuss with me, gave me different options and their prices, prices were super fair, and he was quick. He managed to repair things that other mechanics couldn't and were actually telling me I needed to replace parts, saving me big bucks. Definitely my go-to shop now.

On a ride this morning with my son, his seat kept sliding down gradually. I couldn't get it to stay put. We happened to ride past this place and he was kind enough to fix it right there. I realized I hadn't brought my wallet and he didn't charge me for the quick fix. Thank you!We also brought both our adult bikes here earlier this spring for tune ups and tire repair. They're working great. The service was great, quick and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this place.

Absolutely rude to customers just asking questions about bike parts, if you work there and are standing around outside not wearing anything that says you even work there.. expect someone to ask..

Eric & Dave have gone above & beyond with helping me along the way with my bicycle. I purchased with Green Man Bikes because I had a lot of questions & they were patient, knowledgeable, & made sure I was getting the bicycle that suited my wants/needs.It’s the little things that you remember, like fixing my gear shifter (no charge) right away after I had a crash, even though they were busy.Would totally 100% recommend this business!

I just brought my son's bike and my bike in for a repair and they diagnosed the problem and fixed both bikes in under an hour. Amazing customer service, we will now bring our bikes for any future service.

Eric trued my rear wheel thinking I might need a new wheel from the bent rim. He fixed, under promised and over delivered. Great advise and great service. Highly recommend to anyone owing a bike, looking for one or needing maintenance at fair prices.
