July 4, 2020 I was searching for a specific car. I wanted a Infinity G37X. I was on kijiji and found Top Billin Auto had one. I had a list of 4 cars when I left Kingston to go to Toronto. Top Billin Auto was the furthest away in Vaughan and had the car I was most interested in. I called Top Billin from about an hour and a half away and asked if they still had the car, I was told they did, so I said, I’m on my way.Because it’s Covid-19 time, we were careful and so was the dealership. Everything was wiped down and we even kept our social distancing as best as we could.We took the car for a ride, made a deal and drove it away. All in less than 2 hours, Top Billin Auto was able to deliver the car to us so we did not have to drive back to Vaughan. (I had just sold a car, so I had plates and insurance in hand).WE were very happy with the great service and total disclosure of the car history. I initially went into Topbillin Auto Sales in search of an SLK 250, I ended up buying the SLK 250 with a Range Rover Evoque and trading in my Honda Pilot. The deal was done with minimum stress and no haggling. Jesse was an awesome Sales Representative and TJ great to review the numbers with and discuss my nervousness at buying two used cars. Soon after, I took both cars home, I found an issue with the Evoque driver's door locking mechanism, Jesse provided immediate post sales support by having a mobile electronics mechanic fix the door at no charge to me. It has been a month now, I am very happy with both cars and having positive experience in buying my first used cars.I rate Topbillin Auto Sales FIVE STARS!

I had recently bought an used motorcycle at this dealership. My motorcycle was sitting like a lone wolf in the midst of nice looking cars (Its an indoor showroom, and the cars on sale were all parked inside).I found the purchase process to be hassle free. I found TJ to be a professional, no-nonsense kind of person. He offered to replace the battery with a new one without even me asking for it. He was also accommodative of my request of storing the bike at his dealership until the weather improves for me to ride it home.There was no last minute hidden fees surprises"

Very professional and cooperative staff. Navid sold me GL350 and he was very helpful and friendly. He got me the best deal and the vehicle was in tip-top condition.Highly recommended for buying vehicles from them.

I've purchased 2 cars from Topbillin, a Jaguar and a Q7, within a 6 month period, paying approximately $50,000 cash. While the cars have so far been driving well and look good, I am very concerned about whether they are doing an efficient job with their safety checks. I paid Topbillin over $1,000 to safety both cars. Once I had taken possession of the cars, I had another mechanic check them for any problems and he had findings that were all safety-related and should have been identified and fixed prior to them giving me the car. In addition, the oil on the Q7 was black, low and molasses-like, clearly it had not been changed as promised. (Note that oil changes are important in maintaining after-market warranties which I purchased for a hefty price for both cars.) Some cosmetic issues which I had been promised would be taken care of were not done or done very superficially. I feel like I have been taken as a fool. I would recommend potential purchasers have their own safety checks done as a double-check. I am looking for a car for my son and would like to purchase any further vehicles for this dealer but they need to demonstrate that they respect their customers, follow through on their promises, and are transparent about servicing their vehicles prior to releasing them to the customer. I would be happy to make this a 5 star review based on satisfaction with the vehicles but cannot do so until Topbillin fixes the outstanding issues and can demonstrate that they appreciate the business of a repeat customer.

I just purchased my first car from Topbillin and I am very pleased with my purchase. The sales staff took the time to understand and help me find a vehicle that was within my budget. They are very professional. They have a indoor showroom with many cars to choose from. I would definatly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. If I could give zero stars I would. I came into the dealership twice to test drive one of their available vehicles and the first time I came in they told me I had to put down a $500 deposit to test drive??? Never in my life have I had to put down money just to test drive a vehicle. I said no, and they told me to come back another day. I made an appointment for a couple days later and the car wasn’t even ready when I arrived. Next, the salesman was extremely rude, refused to answer any of my questions about the car, and frankly, doesn’t even seem like he wants to sell the cars on his lot. I asked basic questions like “is there a spare tire” “does it have remote start” and every time he would respond with “does it look like it has that?” Like what kind of response is that?? You seriously need to work on your people skills if you think that’s an appropriate way to treat customers. When they finally let me test drive the vehicle the second time I came in, the salesman got mad that me and my partner both wanted to test drive the vehicle for 5 minutes. I told him I was very interested in purchasing the vehicle and he completely disregarded me. He told me that I couldn’t let my family member look over the car or test drive it as I’ve “already had enough test drives.” Horrible service, horrible attitude. Steer clear from this dealership if you are looking for kind and knowledgeable staff or to be treated with even basic human decency.

It was an amazing experience at Topbillin. The employees are so friendly and helpful, they answer to all of your questions. I have financed my Cherokee, it is awesome, the best car which I've ever had. TJ is so detail-oriented and, be sure he have already checked and verified his inventory ,so just go and choose your favorite car, you can do it with your eyes closed.

Now to start with the person who attends the phones. I called about my Nissan Altima 2009 model which I purchased in January this year about some loud noises from the brakes of the rear wheels. I asked can you please help about the noises which are coming from the car, the legend replied your warranty covers only the engine and the transmission not the brakes so because of it I cant do anything. The answer should have been yes we will see the problem and let you know about it. As I was ready to pay any amount because it is only 10 months that I have purchased the car. So he just took his hands out of and cut my phone call saying mail my manager and it was good talking to you .I do not recommend this shop for any person in this country. Please beware!!! these guys don't care about you and your car after you have purchased.This is the same old person who is the customer representative in the store.
