Place was dead. Took 20 mins to make a single Big Mac meal. Im ready for automated McDonald's please. These people are so lazy just stay home.

This restaurant is crazy. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers, a medium fry and an apple pie. they forgot my first cheeseburger and they gave me a strawberry pie. they gave my friend half of her fries and the wrong food combo. please fire someone

Not sure there is a more inconsistent mcdonalds in Southern ontario. For a restaurant that's 24 hours, I've been turned away more times than not with multiple staff seen inside. Also, the food isn't great. Easily one of the worst run mcdonalds.

Another bad McDonald’s’s bad branch! Took 5 minutes for staff member to show up help me place my order. I was already 5 minutes in line before that. Some customers were complaining about delay in getting the orders out. One asked for a refund after one staff member tells him there is nothing they can do, as they are just busy! I wanted to redeem a reward and gave it to them, however after I paid, the cashier staff said sorry, I forgot to add it, so she gave it back to me!I After waiting 5 + 5 minutes, it took 10 minutes to get two egg sandwiches and two coffees. The manager/owners came out to give me order and apologized- they are very nice people! The coffee Nd sandwiches were great; can’t complain.

PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD JUST PUT ONIONS ON MY SANDWICH! I come here EVERY SINGLE DAY and ask for no pickles extra onion and YOU NEVER PUT ONION ON. THIS HAS HAPPENED LIKE 30 TIMES! DOES NOBODY READ THE COMPUTER? ITS MIDNIGHT! WITH NOBODY IN LINE! I HAVE TOSSED A BUNCH OF FOOD BECAUSE OF THIS. It is unbelievable how consistently you guys forget to add a simple request like extra onions. Instead I get NO ONIONS 80% of the time. PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND!

Come here go in order 4 junior chickens. They didn't have enough so we had to wait a good 15 minutes when I know it takes like 4 minutes to cook them. Get out to the car and 3 of the juniors has no chicken on any of them. Go in to have them replaced and another customer comes in that didn't have chicken on her burger either. I understand messing up one it happens but 3 of our chickens and different customers. Wow. Get into the car and they didn't put lettuce on any but 1. Didn't even bother going back in. Also the person who took both my food back and the other customers never even apologized just got a dirty look as if she didn't believe either me or the next customer that came in. Such a shame.

V bad service . 12.14 pm we wait 40 min wait in drive thru only for 2 chicken burger. Pawan deep kaur service is v bad . All staff is not working here . Bad experience.

I've only lived in the neighbourhood since December and this restaurant has gotten my order incorrect more times than not. The only thing that's ever been good is the coffee. This morning was likely our last visit, after my partner was handed frozen mangled breakfast burritos, that we had to pull over and wait an extra 10 minutes for to begin with... The manager was kind enough to provide him a refund and a coupon for another breakfast, as well as an entertaining rip into the kitchen staff, but it's kind of ridiculous how often things like this happen.
