I brought two keys to have cut and coded. When he was done, coincidentally, my airbag warning light was on. We both thought it was odd and he suggested that if it did not go off in a couple of days he could recommend someone in my area to look at it. He did not. After a stop, only minutes down the road, I found the keys no longer worked. I emailed Bill and he told me to give him a few days to look into it. He did not.I tried to contact Bill through email and telephone over the next month. He never returned my calls or my emails.

Contacted Bill who came to my son's aid as quickly as he could. It was after hours , but he came anyways and made a key, programmed it and had my son driving the same day at a very competitive rate. Much better than the gouging that the dealership wanted and much faster than the larger competitors.Great service,polite and prompt, just the way service used to be.

The key was stuck in the ignition and would not come out. Fortunately the car was at home in Truro. Called Bill in the morning and he arrived mid-afternoon same day. He had already made a new key through the use of my VIN, took out the drum, replaced the mechanical workings in the locking mechanism and made sure the main key still worked. We now have two keys for an ignition system that is good as new and received same day service, faster and for half the price a dealership would probably have charged. Thanks very much Bill.

Huge shout to Bill! I lost the original key for the RHD Delsol like 6 years ago, Today I decided to finally get a replacement, Since it’s from Japan the vin doesn’t match our systems to just get the key cut, I had to bring him a lock so he could take it apart and check each pin individually and he made a key for me. Super friendly guy super professional, Went above and beyond for me and he ended up saving me 150$ And had it done within an half hour! Anyone who needs a key cut, copied or needs a key programmed definitely hit him up!
