I was unsatisfied with the work that was done as I do not see a difference in my colour/brightness. I voiced my concerns in detail over the phone and my opinions were not taken into account and the situation was not resolved. I was repeatedly told the same thing when I attempted to voice my opinion which fixed nothing. The owner hung up on me when I was clearly very defeated and upset on the phone.

Hair stylist did not listen to what I wanted the first time, told me to come back the next appointment and she will make it right and actually do what I wanted. Well that was a mistake. Did not do what we discussed again, I also had to remind her she was supposed to cut my hair as well after she started blow drying it. So rushed and awkward. Nice staff tho. But meh beware.

I've been going to see Sophie for about a decade and I've never been disappointed. She knows her stuff and listens to her clients wants and needs. The whole staff are helpful and friendly and the environment is clean and relaxing.
