Lean On Meals

I have been ordering from lean on meals for years. Everything is always fresh and on time. Very easy to use application. Zach is always there to accommodate for his clients. He’s very kind and goes above and beyond his duties to make sure his clients are happy. My gf and my favourites are the chicken Alfredo, cowboy pasta , cod , basa , and Greek kofa balls. That’s just our own preference as we aren’t big meat eaters but I’m sure everything on the menu is great. Totally recommend it.

I received a gift card from my daughter to help me recuperate from a recent surgery.I did not know what to expect from this service because I have always cooked and baked for my family. To my pleasant surprise I found the meals delicious. The portions were perfect and the quality first class.When I needed to change anything, the staff was courteous and helpful.I am almost well enough to start cooking again but honestly, I enjoyed the convenience and the quality of the meals so much that I plan on continuing with the service. This was my first time trying Lean on Meals and was having difficulties with their website but I received a response to my email within minutes and got the answer I needed in the first response. The meals are so flavorful and satisfying. I am hard to please when it comes to chicken and fish as I find most to be dry and over cooked but the curry chicken and salmon were my favorites. I love that I can adjust the meals to fit me for portions and that I have options if I don't like a certain veggie or starch. Discovering Lean on Meals is game changing and I look forward to trying more that they have to offer!

Lean on Meals has amazing food. My husband and I are literally shrinking and loving the food too! I love their concept where you can pick your sides. It really helps to keep variety. Their gluten free is actually gluten free and delicious. Their protein is also the best quality we've had from any other pre-made meals

Amazing customer service! Makes eating healthy and being prepared easy. Food is always high quality and tastes delicious. My favorite is the turkey meatballs and coconut rice. You can tell they use high quality and fresh ingredients. Delivery is always on time within the window you select. I always highly recommend them and know several people who have tried them and enjoyed their services. I also like the fact that the menu is always changing and they introduce new foods regularly.

I researched lots of options before trying Lean on Meals and was convinced to give them a try based on enthusiastic reviews and the fact that they're a local company. When I received my first order I quickly realized I didn't have to cook anymore. This food is good! I order 4oz of protein with 1/2 cup rice/pasta/potato's and the vegetables. If you're used to eating a lot the sight of the meals at first might make you think they're small, but plate your meals and you'll realize they're sized perfectly. These meals don't taste like take-out... somehow it tastes fresh right out of the microwave. It's really good food. Changing eating habits takes time and Lean on Meals takes out the work. The menu isn't huge but with regular changes you don't really get bored. I've put a focus on eating well and shedding weight and Lean on Meals has honestly been such a contributor to my success.
