Customer sucks no reasource available to assist when a problem arises. Took a brand new heater out of the box the unit failed. The exhaust coming out of the glow plug port causing the harmful CO2 fumes to enter into the sleeping cabin on the transport......safety I suppose is not this company's priority. Would not recommend this product to anyone if they value their own safety.

I was a driver for a company called COMMEX GROUP UP UNTIL FRIDAY MAY 4TH 2018 WHEN COMMEX CLOSED THEIR DOORS AND DECLARED BANKRUPTCY. AS A DRIVER FOR THE NOW DEFUNCT COMPANY COMMEX I FOUND ESPAR PRODUCTS AN EXCELLANTNCOMPANY TO WORK.WITH. IF I COULD I WOULD WORK THERE.

I worked at this company at the end of 2014 through an agency. Serious internal issues. There appeared to be a power struggle between management & full time employees. Agency workers were so routinely mistreated that the agency I worked for was flooded with complaints. We were always being blamed for things that were beyond our control.
