I was about to use the vacuum and a customer rudely approaches me and says he filling his air is more of a priority then me vacuuming. I attempted to call the store numerous times to ask for assistance but can't get through. This rude customer forced me to move and abandon my vacuum so he could get some air..... Not impressed with me being kicked out by a customer. And lack of response from the store.

Worst customer service, whoever is hiring these kids should teach them coustomer service first, I was going there twice a week, today she told me that because she couldn't see my license plate and after 61 cent gas I had to go inside and pay first but I pay 61 cents and left without getting gas, she was load and disrespectful, going there no more

Car wash is often closed when I try to use my season pass. I am currently waiting for them to reset" the car wash. If you are going to sell season passes you need to have the car wash open. Late night or early morning would be a better time for maintenance."

Double-charged me for gas. Won't get back to me for another 6 days according to them so that we can figure out a refund, which I doubt I'll ever get. Don't come here.

I filled up gas around 1:40 am and wanted to use the washroom the Clark didn’t let me I told her that Iam driving taxi and it’s urgent yet she said no the washroom is cloggedI will take my business elsewhere from now on

Car wash customers beware. They sell you season pass card here which you’re allow to wash your vehicle ONCE EVERYDAY till its expire but tend to close down the wash bay a lot so you’ll lose many days of wash and they DON’T reimburse you. They recently upgraded the wash machine just like the one across Conestoga College which is nice, but I noticed they remove the Triple Foam to cheap out on their end. But not other Petro Carwash, they still use triple foam on my vehicles. Picture proves that other locations do have Triple Foam

Worst gas station. We used vaccum and it was broken. We payed $2.50 and they refuse to return money saying we have to hold the broken part. Like what the hell!
