Surrey Neuroplasticity Clinic

I traveled 3,000 miles, and stayed in Surrey for 26 days to be a part of a clinical trial at the Surrey Neuroplasticity Center and I had THE MOST AMAZING experience. The staff was extremely professional, knowledgeable and hands on. I worked closely with Trineta and Brodie, both ROCKSTAR physiotherapists. They educated me so much on neuroplasticity. I left the center with a ton of knowledge on how to slow down the progress, or possibly even reverse some of my movement disorder symptoms, with the exercises they taught me. I cannot say enough about the center! The work they do at the center for people with brain disorders and injuries is incredible! 10 stars & 2 thumbs up! It was an experience that I will never forget!

Had a concussion and been referred to the Surrey Neuroplasticity Clinic for assessment and treatment. The staffs there was very friendly, professional and patience. I was really impressed with their service. Highly recommended.

I found my experience at Neuroplasticity Centre to be unforgettable! I was part of a two-week research trial. Isis the kinesiologies who worked with me each day was such a huge help and was so encouraging! Also the office staff were very helpful. I’m continuing to work on the exercises and believe it will be helpful to me.

TBI Healing: The healing that has taken place in my brain resulting from combining the PoNS device and physiotherapy at the Surrey Neuroplasticity Clinic (SNPC) in Surrey BC has been phenomenal. There aren't words to describe the miracle of healing that the medical professionals at the SNPC, myself, and my family watched as I engaged in the program. Always and forever grateful for the opportunity and for the new lease on life. Thank you Sonia, thank you Tori, thanks to my SNPC family.

I felt in very good hands today at the Surrey Neuroplasticity Clinic. My Assessment with Mathieu Gagnon, Kinesiologist, had top of the line diagnostic tools assess my movement and balance. Mathieu made me feel safe, comfortable and heard as I went through the assessment. He clearly explained my results and treatment plan. Highly recommend Surrey Neuroplasticity Clinic!

Ummm, is 10 out of 5 stars a thing? It is as far as I’m concerned!I cannot say enough good things about the amazing group of clinicians that I worked with — or simply interacted with — during my gradual return to work process. Not only are their specific clinical treatments remarkable, but their interpersonal skills are the absolute cherry on top! It’s immediately clear that they love their chosen professions and genuinely care about the people they treat.An especially fond shout-out to my team: Isis Schmidt, Anne-Marie Sylvester, Kevin Holman, Alina Kassam and Mashid Kashavers: thank you for literally helping me get back on my feet!

Amazing place. Mathieu is working with my dad currently and I have seen a massive improvement in my dad with in 1 months time. Highly recommend!

We brought our mom from Calgary Alberta to Surrey Neuroplasticity Clinic for an assessment and treatment. Our whole family was so impressed with the entire staff! They made our mom feel comfortable and she enjoyed working with the team. Brodie and Kevin both went above and beyond with their time and services. We are looking forward tocontinuing the journey as she completes several months of therapy and treatment remotely from Alberta! After searching for answers to our moms condition - we were finally able to not only get some answers but treatment options also. We could not say enough about the amazing team at Surrey Neuroplasticity Clinic.

We are so thankful to have found SNPC.Our son was diagnosed with Functional Movement Disorder. It was difficult to find help. Trineta went above and beyond to help. She is an amazing Physiotherapist with a passion to keep up with the latest advancements in her field. Part of her amazingness is her personality, so kind and upbeat but also firm and encouraging. She will keep you going!Ann-Marie has also been amazing. She will keep you going too! She has the specialized experience to help with the life changes and challenges that come with a life changing diagnosis.We thank these two professionals and everyone at SNCP. They have been a beacon of hope and help.

I had an amazing experience with an OT here, Melissa—she has since left the clinic. I would give her and the admin staff five stars.Unfortunately I had one of the worst intake experiences of my life with Tori (physio). She didn’t seem to be actually listening to what I was saying and was patronizing. She recommended treatment pathways I had already pursued that didn’t get results and also advocated for a very oversimplified understanding of chronic pain. I have since found an incredibly helpful physio elsewhere and am seeing results.I know the reviews for SNPC are largely great and I think their clinical trials and equipment are cutting-edge by Canadian standards. They also offer coordinated care, which is valuable. That being said, listen to your gut. I’m very happy I got to work with Melissa and equally happy that I didn’t continue with Tori.Edited: rephrased and expanded.
