The assistant store manager is very unprofessional and horrible to the employees. She is the reason so many of the staff keeps quitting. She should had been fired a long time ago and maybe the store would be in way better shape if she was!

*No knowledge of inventory* Fish being listed as double the price compared to same species in the tank adjacent. Aquariums are full of dead and very unhealthy fish. Tried charging me $24.99 for a white cichlid when the specific fish was listed on the next tank over at $11.99

First petsmart I’ve been in where the animals are excellently taken care of. Geckos and fish usually look sick but I’m this petsmart they were happy and healthy. All enclosures and tanks were clean!

Great place to get your food and treats and stuff! Shout out to Connie who helped me with lots of advise to get my aquarium set up. She is delightful. Wonderful store!

Nicely laid out store, but customer service was weak. I asked for dog food they didn't stock and was curtly told to go to Global Pet. I could have easily been cross sold to the available in stock brands... Sales training needed here!

Charissa is the best part of this whole store. She helped me get setup to adopt my cat from there and was there to help me get her sorted to take home. She had so many great recommendations for the baby and for my senior girl at home. She’s so friendly and full of good advice, whether it be for treats, food, toys or telling you about a deal you can see she genuinely cares about animals.

This is a wonderful petsmart. The critters seem well cared for and Shelly is always so friendly. We're glad it's our regular spot for our picky cat's special food.

Great place but the staffs are unprofessional… They won’t even acknowledge that you are there for something to buy… All the staffs are in the cashier area talking and laughing to each other while we are waiting to be attained to… Better they will closed the store and go home!!!! What’s the used of opening it and they are not attending the customers!!!
