I’m so happy with their service. The lady was super friendly and patiently answer tons of questions from a new driver like me. She offered me lots of options for finding the best of plates number for my first car. Highly recommended!!!

If I could rate them zero stars, I would.I called there twice today and got hung up on BOTH times. Once by the receptionist and then by the supervisor. I was calm and respectable both times. I only wanted help canceling my car insurance and to possibly get back pay for the last two months.I am absolutely apawled at their customer service.The supervisor hung up on me after I called to complain about how one of his employees hung up on me earlier in the day.

Employees are good but the lady who sits in the back had terrible customer service. I thought I was a burden even asking a question!

I had a sub-par experience with an insurance business when I moved from the USA to Canada and needed to purchase car insurance. An old Asian lady handled my case, but she did not adequately answer my questions about the Canadian system, resulting in my being sold an insurance policy that cost $4000 per year. Later, I worked with another insurance agent who reduced it to $2600 per year.The agent did not reveal all the costs to me. When she asked me if I would like to pay monthly or annually, she did not tell me that the monthly option would incur an additional $222 financing fee. Additionally, when I asked her why my premium was so high, she simply said it was high for new drivers and that there was no way to reduce it.The only positive aspect of my experience was that the agent successfully registered my car and provided me with insurance, which I consider to be the minimum level of service to be expected from a business.

Autoplan agent doesn’t know icbc rules I was aware of , when I questioned her on her knowledge she hung up the phone !

Had a very horrible experience not only was the agen rude. But she refused to answer any questions or concerns. She kept repeated what she wanted us to hear rather than resolve our concerns. When asked for her business card and broker # she blatantly refused and threw our ID and paper work back at us.Under icbc policy she is required to provide that information when requested.I will not be returning to this facility and will be contacting icbc about the issues with this location.Also animal rights needs to.visit this location as they have very large koi fish in a small 50 gallon tank environment

My sincere advice do not go to this place they are not trained well and will ruin your insurance process , ICBC shouldn’t even issue them license , asked them to put title under my company they still do under personal and has to spend time to fix it

Not the best place if you want responsive customer service. Also not the best place if you get offended by rude, leas helpful answers for your questions.
