I was looking for a new salon and Zinc is in my neighbourhood.I was very happy with Satoko, she did an amazing job on my overgrown mop! The cut was so good, I can wear my hair curly or smooth it out, and it is super easy to style. Very happy with my experience.

I love my short hair. I am super picky and have tried many places in Vancouver since moved here. Jessica is great, very professional and meticulous. She did an amazing job cutting my hair.

Satoko's the best! She took the time to fully understand what I wanted with my haircut and gave me exactly what I was looking for. She even gave me some tips on how to style it too. Overall it was a great experience.

Cancelled my appointment two times in 2 different weeks and called 1 hour to before my appointment to cancel! Saying the stylist might have covid while on their instagram stories I saw her being in the salon and giving haircut! At least don’t lie to my face when you cancel!

Zinc is not only full of talented stylists, but also by all appearances fosters a wonderful work culture, resulting in a really positive atmosphere. Liana is beyond stellar with colour and cuts-I have never veered to another colourist after experiencing her attention to detail. I have sent friends with brittle, over processed hair and they come out with their hair shining and soft. (She is also a wonderful human, and I always look forward to her company..) Eva is also great- a totally radiant personality. Nancy, the previous owner, is also incredibly talented and always sweet- sincere and welcoming. In fact, the welcoming aspect - along with the talent- is what sets Zinc apart.

Lianna is amazing!!I have difficult hair to cut.She is so great at what she does and on top of that she is very patient, kind, and thoughtful. I always feel heard. I love my hair!! Highly recommend!!
