I worked in that mall from 2010-2017, got my new scripts & needed new glasses, was in the area & remembered this cool looking location & decided to pop in to see if it still exist.Met Pani the Manager who was very professional & extremely helpful, told her I was looking for something in particular that suits my personality.She was super patient showed me almost the entire store, I finally ordered the one that spoke to me... picked it up & loved it, about a week later I completely forgot to mentioned that I needed transition lens & was thinking I'd have to pay an arm & a leg to get this sorted, i popped back in to see Pani & was in full on panic mode, she addressed my concerns with ease & said it can be easily rectified.I will definitely be returning & so will all my friends & colleagues.Pani is your best asset, don't ever let her go.An Extremely satisfied customer

Purchased some glasses from this store and I was beyond satisfied with not only the quality and look of the product alone, but also the exceptional customer service from the employees. Pani helped me narrow down on the designs, tints, as well as the fit itself and was able to deliver everything in a timely, stress-free manner (I was in a rush as I was leaving for vacation in some days and needed my glasses). Will definitely be returning for future purchases!

Went here for an optometrist appointment. Probably met the worst one in the field. Dr. Kimberly Chan. I just wanted my annual eye checkup, with an updated prescription if warranted. Chan instead tried to upsell a $160 contact lens fitting. When I strongly pushed back and said I wasn’t going to pay that, she asked, didn’t I have medical benefits?Stay away. She’s just after our medical benefits.

It was my first time at Josephson. Dr. Kimberly and Panooyeh from the front desk were very helpful in allocating a time and were great in proposing the right solution. Will be returning there for my future checkups.

Exceptional service. For the past 20 years or so I have purchased my glasses at Josephson. Their purchasing agents always manage to find unique round frames. At this location I often deal with Pani. She is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. In a recent visit I commented that my fave pair of glasses broke years earlier. Pani suggested that I bring them in to see if Josephson could fix them. She sent them off somewhere. The broken piece was soldered. Pani then suggested that she could send them off to be polished and buffed because the black plastic had turned white bc of dryness I guess. Two weeks later she messaged me a picture of my glasses: they looked brand new. I have had these glasses since 1989. Thank you for bringing my favourite pair of glasses back to life, Pani. You're amazing. This is why i've shopped almost exclusively at Josephson.

I had a couple of pairs of expensive eyeglasses (Longchamps & Alexander McQueen) that were not purchased from the shop but needed repair - a screw missing, uneven arms. I took them in to Josephson's without an appointment and the very nice Manager fixed them for me on the spot and at no charge, really lovely customer service!

Best place I've purchased glasses from - a wide selection of current styles and outstanding service to pick the right style for me.My experience was wonderful, from the first time I walked in through to picking up my glasses, and afterwards as I went in for adjustments. Always friendly, professional and thorough, providing me the time and attention. I highly recommend them, and Shalina in particular who helped me find a great new look for my glasses.

Pani has been extremely inefficient and unprofessional to deal with. I have had to visit 5X time to pick up two pairs of glasses - today, I attempted to pick up my glasses after waiting for an inordinate amount of time to put in a pair of simple lenses. Pani was on the phone dealing with his personal matter and had no time for me and asked me pay now (and forego the additional service I am seeking to have the glasses fit on my face) and when I said, I will just come back and deal with everything at once, he retorted I don't understand why you are doing it this way". Excuse me? I don't understand why you are on the phone with AMEX while your store is open and you are also dealing with customers."

To be honest: we didn’t buy anything or received any consultation regarding products; we just have had an big issue with our glasses (lens popped out of the frame) and we could get a quick help from the store manager. On top: a new case! Very friendly and helpful! Amazing and many thanks for that! ❤️

Got my annual eye exam done by Dr. Kimberly Chan. Professional, friendly and very helpful staff. Will be returning for future eye exams.
