I always go see Vivian! She is a really good tech! Very friendly and talkative!I never once was disappointed! Strongly recommend this place!!

If there was 0 star I would , definitely! Came for a manicure , the man told me that it takes 30min to dry, I said I would like a manicure , he said that they don’t have time for manicure only for shellac . I said “do you have to blow my nails for 30min”? He said sorry no time . There is barely anyone in there . Lame business , pay someone else who will respect you hard earning money .

I have tried booking in at this salon many times and they are always very busy and full. They are also a little bit more pricey than other salons in the area.. With that being said I went in expecting to have an amazing pedicure. Definitely not the case.. it literally looks like a five year old cut and painted my toe nails. Giving two stars instead of one because at least the receptionist was kind enough to not force me to pay for something I am not happy with.

I am editing my review here.I have been to this mall salon many times during the past 5 years. But Summer 2020 was my last time there and here is why: Since I started going here, every time I was showing up (I always show up with appointment booked ahead) I had to wait at least 15/20 minutes to have my turn.In the last 3 times I went to this nail salon, although I had scheduled appointment (as I said I always book ahead just because I don’t have much time to waste) and I was there on time, All 3 times I waited an average of 45 minutes to have the service that was scheduled for me. The last time I went there I waited 1 hour and when I asked them why I have to wait when I had made an appointment booked, the girl who was supposed to do my nails told me that is because I arrived late, which was a lie, since I was there 10 minutes before my appointment. And when I told them that and also that I would leave if I have to wait any longer, the girl again replied « yeah, right, leave then! »And that was my last time there, I left without having my nails done.Now it has been a year that I go to another nail salon (Salon Tip n Toe in Brossard, not a mall salon and much closer to my place in south shore), and I am very happy so far with the service, very clean and extremely kind staff.

Really good service. Plus, beautiful nails! She took all the time it needed to make my improvised project. Thanks a lot Vivian!

It was my first time getting my nails done ever let alone a gel Polish with extensions. Vivian was great and I love my nails!

Dans le première remplissage de ma mère, elle a découvert un champignon dans une ongle. J’ai décidé de me faire faire les ongles dans autre endroit et j’avais un champignon aussi. Maintenant, ma mère a décidé de enlevé les ongles et GUESS WHAT???? Champignon en deux ongles!!! C’est terrible! Je vais jamais recommander cette place!!!When my mom wanted to do the first refill, we found out that she got fungus in one of her nails. She just left that nail without anything for “treatment”. After I saw that, I didn’t want to do my refill with them, I went to a different salon to take off all of them. Unfortunately, I also got fungus in one nail (first picture). After 3 weeks, my mom of course needed refill but we went to a different salon and GUESS WHAT?? She has 2 more nails with fungus!!! I will never recommend this place!! We have had fake nails for more than 10 years and this is the first time something like that happened!!! They are super expensive for such a bad service!!! Totally dissatisfied!!!!!! And SUPER UPSET!

CANDY for the pedicures is the best!Was very satisfied with the pedicure.Candy is friendly, always smiling and outgoing.I would refer her to everyone.
