The service from Mike at the Service Shop by far exceeded my expectations today. Mike was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, going above and beyond to help me out.He provided me with information and minor tweaks to my bike that I didn’t even know I was missing out on.My bike has never looked or felt better, and I really appreciate Mike’s patience and assistance getting my bike race ready!

Amazing bike service. Mike and Brad saved my day once again and continually give me amazing service. Fixed my race bike super quickly before my triathlon, really lifting a weight from my shoulders. Always tune it well. Always giving me great advice.Both Mike, Brad, and Jesse their bike fitter are amazingly knowledgeable, skilled technicians and all around great people. They’ve helped me choose the right bikes, customize it to fit me and and keep me racing. Couldn’t do it without them!

I ride bikes that are high end and needing acute care to keep them in top top form. A customer like me usually selects a smaller boutique type shop to care this need. Nope, between Luke the bike shop manager and Brad they have your needs covered. I am grateful for such expert service and the care they give me and my my equipment. Thank you! ⭐️

I would like to send out accolades for the excellent service provided by the service department at the Bushtukah, Westboro, location. I recently brought my bike in to swap out my pedals. Mike greeted me and addressed my request immediately. He took the time to show me how to remove the pedals and recommended the appropriate tool. He also gave his recommendations on the correct torquing of the pedalsMike's professional attitude is refreshing. I would highly recommend Bushtukah to anyone needing service to their bike.

Went in to Bushtukah windowshopping for a tent and Sam helped up out - listened to what we were looking for, offered suggestions based on our criteria (ease of setup value for money being the keys for us) and set up the model he recommended. Answered all our questions and was very patient, then asked if there was anything else he could help us with. Very impressed!

Issue resolved in no time thanks to Luke - Bought a brand new Marlin 4 three days ago, was advised bike will be kept to inspect things. All good it took only a day, so picked up a bike for my son who drove it around the block and the front shifter somehow got stuck in the chain ring and bent. Thanks to Luke the manager in the Westboro Bushtukah i hot a call within the 24 hours window and things were resolved. Took the bike in the shop and got an upgrade. Way to go Bushtukah, that's what i call exceptional customer service. Thanks.

Highly recommend. I always love Bushtukah, but my last two trips were fantastic. I needed help installing new tires on my road bike, and Mike from Service was amazing and thoughtfully answered my many questions. For anyone relatively new to biking, take note - he very kindly walked me through each step and even suggested that I videotape him changing my tire so that I could refer to it, if needed, in the future (great suggestion!!). I always appreciate how knowledgeable the staff are and how eager they are to help. Thank you so much for your help, Mike; you went above and beyond!!

Had amazing service from Sam today. Bought new road cycling shoes, new clips, and new pedals. Sam was patient and took his time in providing great advice and even set up my new gear. He also took the time to give me additional advice to change the model of the pedal I originally chose so that it could maximize compatibility with the adjustments I had on my bike (it was actually a downgrade to a less expensive pedal). Again, great service and great products!

Great experience! Mike Osborne from Service certainly went the extra mile. I had a couple of issues with my bike from my own doing. Mike figured it out and had my bike repaired in a timely manner so I was able to ride that afternoon. Great customer service and a great guy too!

The staff here are simply the best. We always take our dog in and they are so kind and welcoming. Every time we’ve taken our bikes to get tuned up or fixed they’ve always gone the extra mile to get us back out and riding. Amazing selection of products that is hard to beat. Today, despite a busy cue of bikes they got my tire and pedals fixed for me in 20 minutes. Thanks for all you do to keep ottawa active!
