Edwards Wendy Dr

We have been seeing Dr. Edwards for the past 11 years. Our son is diagnosed with Autism and ADHD, and she has been following his care. She is by far the best pediatrician I know. She never rushes you, and she is very thorough during your appointment. She is open minded and willing to take into consideration all forms of treatment and therapy. I cannot say enough positive things about her. She is truly a valuable part of the family

Our child was diagnosed with PANDAS earlier this year. Dr. Edwards care of our son has been exceptional. She is warm, inviting and child centered in her practice. She not only cared for our sons medical needs, but also cared for him from an emotional and social perspective (ex--asking about his relationship with his teacher, his siblings ect). In addition to treating PANDAS in a very progressive and evidence-based manner, she coupled our sons treatment with supplements. We are so fortunate that we saw Dr.Edwards on a PANDAS documentary (W5) as she is leading edge when it comes to treating this condition. Thanks to Dr.Edwards our son is on his way to recovery. She is an exceptional physician and we feel so fortunate to be in her care. We strongly recommend Dr. Edwards.

Wanted to leave a review as I noticed a 1 star review that said you should not take your child here as they push vitamins as a cure for autism. My son has been seeing Dr. Edwards since last year, and while she encourages vitamins because many of our children with autism are picky eaters and lacking in vitamins, she has NEVER, EVER claimed that they cure autism. Dr. Edwards is not trying to cure your child of autism, nor has she ever said anything even remotely along those lines. I cried at our first appointment because I couldn't believe we had found a pediatrician who understood so well what my son and us, as his parents, experienced on a daily basis. She sat with me for over an hour, explaining every single thing, showing me studies and showing such compassion and empathy. I truly feel we won the lottery with her as our pediatrician. The level of compassion she shows is so appreciated and she makes me feel like a rockstar. She is so encouraging and just so positive to be around. Even when I feel like I'm not doing enough, she makes sure I know that I'm doing amazing. I am so grateful for her and her office administrator is lovely. Just all around a wonderful place to go.

Dr Edwards is one of the best dr's we have ever took our son to. She actually gets it, she knows kids and kids with conditions. She is very easy to talk to and very helpful and knowledgeable.

If you have a child with autism stay far away from here! Autism can't be cured" with overpriced vitamins. Every therapist we have ever been to know to avoid this place!"
