CHANGE Lingerie

had an incredible experience here today.the associate was busy with quite a few people in the store that were browsing, trying bras on and completing their purchases.but she asked me if i had ever shopped with them right away since their sizing is a little different, and asked if id like a fitting and said that she would help me find something i like.ive never had a fitting before but wow was it necessary. she brought me sizes i otherwise would have been unsure about but that fit so well.im pretty fussy about the style that i like, and even with being so busy she did everything she could to find me ones i’d like and probably chose 10 different styles for me.she helped me find 3 really great options, all were extremely well priced and the entire store was 40% off which made finding something in anyones price range extremely easy.very much recommend this store over any other lingerie store i have tried.

The staff was very helpful and spent a lot of time fitting me and helping me find bras. Unfortunately, after one wear, I found the bras to be super uncomfortable and dig into my under arm area, leaving big red chafe marks. I'm very upset that I spent so much money on items I can't return or wear.

Not the best quality and the staff kept trying to squeeze me into bras that were too small around the ribcage. But they do have a good selection of pretty underwear.

The Persian manager at Changes is dishonest! Tried to return a bra after the day I bought it as too small. I had all the tags but had lost the receipt. I showed her my banking records showing I purchased a bra from Changes the day before. She had put the wrong code for my bra on the computer so she wouldn’t exchange it. She instead insinuated that I must have purchased an additional bra with the code on my account in the computer. I again showed her my banking records which showed I only purchased one bra that day. I have no access to her computer. She’s the one who put the wrong code in, yet refused to take responsibility for it. She just kept telling me she needed a receipt to exchange it. Biatch! I will never shop there again.

Today I went to store with my mom for finding bra for her. Leila the nice lady who works in store helps us. She was so patient, precise, and skilled about the styles, sizes. It was difficult to find the good one for my mom, but Leila offered the suitable styles. So we really appreciate her for helping with kindness and being so professional.

What a great experience. I was made to feel so comfortable and welcomed. Monica took the time to make sure everything was fitting properly and the style suited my need. I would recommend Change to my friends and would recommend giving Monica a raise! She was outstanding.

Best costumer service ever!The manager helped me kindly and patiently to find the best fit. I couldn’t be more happy with my new sets and they all fit perfectly.We do need more people like Leila out there to actually care about the costumer needs and not only the sale!This store is my go to from now on, highly recommend!
