I've been there 3 times, and the first time was good.The second was not great, but not bad. The third time was REALLY bad. I wanted to cut my hair into a bob style with bangs from long hair and no bangs. The hairdresser literally cut it to just below my ears! And she thinned my hair, but only on one side, and not the other! And my bangs were uneven in that if I part it from the middle, one side has more hair as part of my bangs than the other!!!! It didn't really look like the reference photo I showed her.This was literally the worst haircut in my life, including when my mom would cut my hair from when I was younger. It took a few months to grow out into the length I wanted, and now I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed because I don't trust them anymore. I saw in other reviews that if you complain, they will re-cut your hair for you within a week or something, but there was literally no point since my hair was literally way shorter than I ever wanted to begin with. After the third time, I don't think I'll be going back.Tip for those who are going there, make sure you choose a stylist from their website. You can see who is more booked up than others, and it would probably be good to pick a more popular stylist. For all the times I went, I never specified a stylist, so I just got random people, but I'm pretty sure the stylist for my second and third visit were the same person.

I hardly write reviews, but literally the worst haircut of my life. Been getting haircut with Japanese hairstylist for over 15 years. This place is the worst, she doesn’t have the skill at all. And how dare they charge $60 for it. Plus tax and tips I paid total $75 for it. Big regret. All I can say is be careful who u look for.

Took my daughter there for the first time. Her hair stylist was Nancy. All I had to do was simply show her a picture of how I wanted my daughter’s hair cut and she delivered!!! I loved her work! Highly recommend the place! Will be my go to place from now on!

My hair stylist is Ayaka. I have been so satisfied that I only go to her for haircuts even after I moved to 40 min highway driving away. Great place and great staff, thank you for being here.

I had a haircut, treatment, and digital perm with Akane. It was around 350 dollars, and it was a fair price for the quality of the services. My hair designer, she was carefully giving her advice while I was indecisive about how much hair should be cut off and the styling of the perm. I like my new hair so much, thanks to the professional work!

Bad experience. I was late merely 5 mins for a rush hour appointment scheduled at 5.30pm, and was refused haircut by the hairstylist Ryohei. Horrible treatment to customer!

Worst haircut of my life. I went in for a SMALL trim and bangs cut a few weeks ago :( the lady was super sweet but didn’t listen to me at all, she cut way too much of the ends and then went and THINNED MY ENTIRE HEAD. I want to cry every time I look in the mirror because I have been growing my hair out for years and now I have to start all over. The ends of my hair are so choppy and ugly. I’m so so sad that I decided to go here and will never come back.

Went here on a wim to get my hair cut because the google reviews seemed decent.The hair cut cost $50, and is lopsided, overall, I'd give it a 4/10. The appointment lasted a total of 20 minutes. During the hair cut, I received an urgent call that I had to take. I asked if this was alright, and the stylist said yes. The call lasted roughly 1 minute, but during that time, the stylist decided to continue cutting my hair as I was reaching for my phone and putting it away.Overall, I gave this place 2 stars, because atleast the guy didn't take any of my ears off.

Love my hairstylist- Rie!!! She’s awesome! I was not able to decide what I want before I go. But she was super patient and discussed all the possibilities with me! Rie made me a new person and I am sooooooooo happy with my new hair now!! I did highlighted and bleached my hair, then coloured it purple red. The service was awesome and they were all very nice and friendly! Highly recommended!!

I needed to get a hair trim on the same day and the online booking showed all booked. So i called and they were able to squeeze me in for a haircut (1hour) on the same day.With COVID-19 you must have an appointment to enter the hair salon. No walk-ins. I arrived 5 minutes early and checked in.Mine-san was my hair stylist and she was friendly and professional. I only needed a slight trim for my hair and bangs plus thinning. She washed my hair (such an enjoyable experience) and finished the trim in 45 minutes. The total came to around $60 (incl tips). Other japanese salons charge around similar prices for ladies haircut WITHOUT shampooing, this salon includes shampooing in the price.The salon is a humble place it’s not upscale or lux. But for my experience it’s one of the good ones.Also really close to skytrain station.
