Rude staff, the mentality here is the costumer is always wrong. I ordered a trimmer and prepaid for it, (big mistake). It was supposed to be in in a week. I didn't hear back for 3 or 4 weeks so I called and they said it's on back order, it'll be another 2 it 3 weeks. So I went back and asked for a refund, the guy tried to push me to buy a more expensive model they had in stock. I declined, so they agreed to refund but the debit machine declined the refund. They blamed my card (but it worked I tried it before and after elsewhere, I and called the bank no problems). So I didn't know what to do, I went home. The next day I went back again after talking to the bank, and pressed them. They got quite rude but wrote me a cheque. Never once did they apologize for anything. Save yourself a headache, go somewhere else.

Seemed friendly enough but not very knowledgeable about the battery operated Echo equipment. Salesman didn’t seem to know much about the products and actually told me it was good for the battery to run it dead before recharging. I told him you cannot do that with lithium battery, he disagreed. A quick google search will tell you that if you run a lithium battery below 2 percent it will be destroyed.But I’m sure like all other lithium power operated systems it would have a built in safety shut off.Anyway they were recommended and I like to support local business, so I figured I would give them a try and purchased the product. I’m sure it’s a step up from the terrible service at The Lawn Guy in Fall River.

Have bought a few things from here and had my tractor serviced as well. Friendly and helpful staff if you can get a hold of them. Sometimes it takes a dozen phone calls before someone will pick up the phone. Have left voicemail as well, never receiving a phone call back. Their hours also recently changed, no longer open on Saturdays, so their only time open is when I work, which makes it difficult to shop with them when a competitor is open on the weekend, if it is only for a couple of hours. I want to support local, but it makes it difficult with these few difficiencies.Last note, the service I did receive on my tractor was good and thorough, so that's a positive.

Purchased a gas trimmer along with some attachments, due to the pandemic they were not in stock and I had to wait a rather long time for shipping, about 6 to 8 weeks. When I made the initial purchase I made it clear that I wanted to pay for everything up front so that I would be able to come pick them when they came in.Waited all this time to go in to find out that the salesman had made a mistake when doing my purchase and I had owed about $140 to them. Now a bit of this is my fault for not double checking the receipt the day i bought it. But as for customer service and making the sure the customer leaves happy this is not the shop to go to. I've had the salesman come to me while this was happening and say it was his fault and that he made a mistake but still didnt offer a discount or something similar considering I was coming to pick up attachments that I was under the impression of being paid for.It's a good place to stop and buy something IF they have it in stock dont depend on them for ordering stuff in and dont expect a good customer experience after you bought and paid for it. It's a shame I went to this shop expecting to be a life long customer after hearing such good things from other people.

Took my saw here after getting a recommendation as it was bogging out and shutting off. Brought it up and after a week they called saying it had a hole in the gas tank and other then that its running great. Pay my bill get it home, patch the hole and start it to my surprise nothing has changed still bogs out and dies. Learn from my 30 dollar lesson take it somewhere else.

Recently bought a chainsaw from them. Started leaking oil excessively after only a couple of uses. Took it back for them to look at. Took 3 weeks to get back. Said nothing wrong with it. Still charged me more than I expected. Will not go back.
