Thank you, Sam, for a great haircut! Apart from having to wait for our turn a bit, they received us really well, and we love the hair I eventually got! I believe students get a special discount here as well. Do check this place out.

First time at this place based on the google reviews. I will say that I got the best haircut and the best service one could expect. Sam was my barber and he styled my hair perfectly. I then asked him for a hair wash and then he offered to style my hair again!He took his time and was very top notch precision when it came to giving a good fade. I looked exactly as the photo that I had initially showed him.Folks, if you’re new in the town and want to trust someone who can give you the best haircut, this is the shop and get it from Sam!

Sam is not there anymore, all the barbers are changed, so basically it’s another barber shop with the worst attitude to the customers.Please remind your customers who booked online that the barbers they want are not there anymore, instead of yelling your customers being late for 5 mins.

Ahmed was my barberThe haircut was decent, however, my appointment was delayed, I did not get my preferred barber, and the barber I got put with was pretty rough with the brush and razor. I don't prefer to feel the brush bounce off my head because the barber hits it against my head, nor feel the razor catch against my skull as they're scraping it against the back of my head.I think I also smelled tobacco on their hands as they were brushing their fingers over my eyes and face during the cut, maybe It was some other smell but a handwash before cutting hair should be expected.As the cut was decent enough I still left a tip, but I would not recommend this location.

Amazing experience, very friendly, and professional. I would recommend them for a clean fade or haircut, they take care with their work! :)

Great haircut but prices are crazy! Went for a haircut fade and beard trim. $70!Menu was maybe too hard to read on website but I will go to any of the other cheaper places like Razor King who do great job for half the price.

I went there by seeing the ratings. The hair cut was not upto the level. There were noticeable spikes on backsides of my head. Also they accept only money. In the website price for haircut is $27. But they charged me $32.5 and didn't even give me the receipt.

Excellent service, everything is perfect and staff is very professional. Moreover, everytime ask for do anything. As well as, provide services according to the face semetry. My experience is very well with them. Recommend everyone once visit here and you want to visit everytime when you need a hare cut.

After telling Ahmed how I'd like my hair to be cut and showing him some sample photos, he gave me a great haircut. No issues at all.Edit - I have gone here a few times over the school year. Every time I make an appointment booking on their website with a specific barber, I show up and a different barber tells me they will cut my hair instead. Meanwhile, it seems like another customer shows up as a walk-in (no appointment) and gets their hair cut from the specific barber that I had originally booked... Also, the last time I got my hair cut here, one of the barbers was sitting in one of the barber chairs and sleeping with a cloth on his face, snoring too... All of this is to say that this business is not the most professional.

I'm normally not the type of person to spend 30 dollars on a haircut but, Omar definetly made my cut worth every penny. Great spot in Waterloo for a fresh cut.
