This place was a light when I was in a dark place. It became a great outlet for my emotions. I made life long relationships there and I found a love for boxing that I never knew I had!

This place is my home away from home. I've been going here since 2014 and don't know what I'd do without this place. Best workout for your money. Flexible and friendly staff/coaches.
