Keep your expectations low and you won’t be disappointed. Wanted 2 of 4 wheels replaced and he replaced the wrong ones. Pointed it out and said he’d fix and he’d call (see below). I was wondering if he kept the ones he replaced because they were in OK shape and sure enough, when I picked it up he had just switched the new ones to where he should have and put the worn out ones on the other side. I had enough, I had new wheels on the side that takes the most abuse and just put thin strips of duck tape on the other ones.And prepare to contact him for updates because he won’t call you even when he says he will. From start to “finish” it was over two months!
