The short: Amazing local music store with super cool staff that are very knowledgeable on horns (their specialty) as well as guitars and ukuleles too. Definitely check them out.And now the long: I needed a new pickguard for a ukulele. I called every guitar shop in the city and the only one up for it was Paul Iverson at Tom Lee. Then I thought about my local music shop and sure enough, I called, and yes, indeed, no problem. Wow.I bring a beat up template in along with an old telecaster pickguard and meet Adam who's up to the challenge. In one day he not only cut a perfect pickguard but took the time to glue it down for me as well. This kind of service is way over the top. I am not only happy but kinda speechless. Seriously, you need something music related in the lower mainland, come here.

What a fantastic experience! Super knowledable, extremely friendly, and very straight forward. I drove all the way out from White Rock to see them, and now after my first visit, will always gladly make the trek out to see them for anything I may need in the future!

I've been searching for a decent place to take my trombone for repair since I moved to Vancouver 3 years ago and I think I finally found it here. They cleaned my valves and sent me before and after pictures, worked out a dent in my slide that other repair shops had been insisting wasn't there, and replaced the spring on my spit valve. The people who run it are friendly and classy, and the turnaround time for the repair was nice and quick even with the instrument quarantine period.

Just went to the store for the first time today after an accointance suggested it. Highly impressed by the proffesionalism of all staff, good quality and very fair prices. Been in BC for almost 7 years and this is by far the best music store I have come accross in greater Vancouver. Finally found my go-to for anything flute related.

Friendly professional service

Really appreciated their quality work on my trumpet. Provided me with a loaner student trumpet but then they finished the work the next day so I barely needed the loaner. Impressive service! Parking was easy around the corner less than a block to the East. For drop off and pick up. Angled spots. Handy if you happen to have a full size pickup (like me).

Great store. We are renting the instrument for my son and we go there from time to time to buy the accessories. The staff is always very friendly and super professional. We've been there again last Sat (Jan 28th 2023) and Adam helped us chose the neck strap for a saxophone. He went above and beyond to find the best neck strap for my son. He showed us every one he had in stock and he even took a saxophone from the store so my son can try the neck strap. He also helped us find a very good pull through cleaning cloth and we got the discount. We left the store very happy. I am highly recommending Massullo Music shop.
