Great customer service, price, and quality. The engagement ring was ready and better then what I could’ve imagined.

Needed to have a chain repaired and inspected, also a ring sized. They did an excellent job and the polishing of the ring brought it back to brand new condition. I would recommend Precision Jewellers to anyone looking for quality service.

Started off as a decent experience back in the spring however went down hill quickly.I was attempting to find an uncommon stone or something similar for an engagement ring. However the sales associate tried selling me something that was maybe a 60%-70% Match color wise but a completely different cut than what I was trying to recreate.( I wanted round and this had a lot of edges).Nevertheless I was told that with a deposit the could hold the stone for the weekend while I think on it.Over the weekend I found exactly what I was looking for that I knew my fiancé would want. When I went in to get my deposit back I was told it’s non-refundable. That would’ve been fine if I knew ahead of time however no associate even hinted to that was the case. I was led to believe this was to hold the stone they had shipped in while I thought on it. No work was done to create the ring.When I expressed my concern that no one educated me on the process or let me know that this would be non refundable, the response was “we don’t have time to explain that at checkout”.Among many other concerns, what started out as a decent start turned out to be very disappointing for me.

The staff at Precision are extremely welcoming, friendly, and personable. Any time I have a request, they meet my needs beyond expectation. I will continue to recommended them to anyone and everyone who needs a jeweler. They are the very BEST!

Staff were incredibly friendly. They listened to what I wanted done to my rings. I was expecting a long wait to get the rings back. To my surprise they were ready in a few days.They price they charged was fair. If you need work done on your rings I highly recommend Precision Jewellers. They are fast and fairly priced.If you are in the market for any other jewellery needs they have a fantastic selection at fair prices.I think anyone who goes to Precision will be very happy they did.
