Great hours!

Yes, the hours are convenient for the office itself and deliveries that need to be picked up at the office are provided quickly and efficiently... But the sorters and/or carriers who take the Kleinburg mail out to the boxes are inattentive at best and wildly inaccurate at worst.Mail and small parcels are consistently delivered into the wrong boxes, and rarely even the same incorrect box. We've tried writing our names in the box to make this seemingly simple process even easier for the delivery person, but it has not helped. I receive delivery notifications and check the mail only to discover an empty mailbox, at which point I have to go and ask everyone in the vicinity if they've received my mail.My name and address are accurate on the mailing label, and have not changed for decades, but still have rarely received a small parcel delivery without problems for about 2 years now.I would suggest having parcels delivered to the post office whenever possible to avoid this issue.

The new staff are rude and unfriendly. They make it extremely difficult to pick up your parcels.Teresa, Mary, Daniel & Michael are the BEST!They are so kind and understanding. They make it easy (& a joy) to pick up your mail & parcels.Please hire more staff like them… you need exceptional customer service in an environment like this!!!
