EDIT:Abbies Sports Shop got in touch listened to the concerns and made it right. Laced up the rest of the glove the same day! Really really impressed with the customer service. Thank you so much,Old PostInitially quoted $25 to replace the top finger laces by the female employee, then a older male employee took my gloves had a second look and asked if I would like to have the whole glove re-laced, I asked how much - he took a closer look at the palm lacing and said $50. I agreed, and chose the white leather laces. He told me that it would be ready 3 days later and would call when it would be available.No callback on day 5, so I gave them a call. A male employee answered and said it was ready and advised the total would come to $70!I came to the store and inspected my glove to only have the fingers and web laced - in different colour lace. The web had the white leather - the fingers had a dark tan. I paid the $70 and asked about the price increase and retorted $50 for the glove $20 for the lace.I paid almost 3x the initial price and got half of my glove re-laced. Instead of the agreed upon $50 for the whole glove. I got 2 different colour laces I didn't choose.To top it off the knots are undone and excess lace was not cut. I don't know how to express how unhappy I am with this ordeal.

I’m new to disc golf and Jonah was so helpful and friendly! He gave disc recommendations, searched for the perfect discs for us and really went above and beyond to be helpful. Excited to come and get more on the future!

Great shop for all your sports need. They have a good selection for disc golfer and don't forget to ask for the lost and found box.Also check out their newly renovated set up all freshly painted and reorganize.

Gem of a place, Steve was AMAZING. My son went in wanting some rugby cleats and we came out with advise, an impromtu lesson and a new training ball that he gifted my son. I am going to continue to visit and support this business because honestly what an amazing human. THANK YOU STEVE!!

Good selection of disc golf discs but a bit more expensive than other retailers. Payed over $18 for a DX disc which seems like a lot when you can get them at ace runners for $13. Still the convenience is very nice so I might return if I'm in need of something quickly.

Went in there today to look into getting some disc golf discs and the clerk was so awesome. He took the time to run me through all the basics of the game and explained the numbers on the discs. Even gave me a marker to write my name down on the disc in case I lose it for their lost and found section.I'm immediately a huge fan of this store and am taking all my business here from now on. Love this store!

The best sporting goods store in Vancouver without question. Staff are attentive, extremely knowledgeable and welcoming.The service at Abbie’s is way better than any big box sporting goods store and it’s a locally owned long running family business.I bought my first pair of rugby cleats here and they were happy to answer all of my questions without making feel like the newb that I was. Our rugby team refers all of our new players here for this reason.
