This place has gotta be the worst gas station I’ve ever come across in my life. I used to Go in quite often but I’ve had it with the harassment from the staff there. One by the name of “shaz”, was accusing me of stealing when I had literally walked in through the door right to him to pay for my gas, never stopped once. He then said after I had stole the day before but obviously that was false and he said he had caught me on camera and has called the police. I walked out and pumped my gas when I noticed he was writing down my plate numbers so I then went back in to ask why he was doing that. He was being very rude and not giving me an explaination saying he was “helping out a customer” rather than writing down my license plate #. He refused to show me the paper in his hand that was in his hand when I watched him write down my license plate. I will never return here again this place is filled with horrible employees trying to scam you. Never mind the constant staring whenever you’re looking for something. I advise everyone reading this to stop going to this Mac location.

Was having a great day until it was ruined when I entered the macs at highbury expecting to have a nice meal. I bought my sub from the subway in the macs, took one bite out of it, had my bag and my coat at the table when I went to use the washroom, I came back and my sub was gone, I asked the employee working at the counter and he claimed I had finished it and he threw it out because he thought I was done. After not being able to get my money back or any kind of refund he then started yelling at me and threatened me with violence because I said I was going to call corporate. This all happened on 03/29/19, and the employees nametag said Shaz. Please do not give this macs any sort of business

I am a regular visitor of this store. i want to highlight and appreciate Shaz's for his honest and kind behavior. I was in an rush and paid extra money. He correctly cashed me. He is always polite and smiling. He deserves 7 stars!

Retarded cashier. He made a mistake, but refuse to fix it, instead accusing the customer. Didn't apologize, how stupid is that! Will never go to that store again. Will not wasting me time talking to idiot again. To the owner: please stop hiring the stupidest and rudest people.

Bad cashier, very impolite. Not sure of his name but he have curly hair. This is my last time going there, Owner please get rid of him before u lose more customer.

Staff are generally friendly, but I am always left a little disgusted by the general state of the store. Last time we were in the slushie machines were leaking all over the floor, there was garbage everywhere, blackened hot dogs on the grill, and the freal machine looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months.

This is a great place to fill gas and save money, very good coustmer service and friendly employees. Keep it up guy's!!

Terrible experience. After walking out of the store with a polar pop, the manager with a name tag that said “shaz” who claimed his name was “Nwel” told me that if I come back to the store he would call the police on me. After arguing that I did nothing he then said “if you have problem, we take it out on curb” where he wanted to be off and out of site of his property so he could fight me. All the reviews below about shaz are fake, hes not a “nice” guy and sure as hell wouldn’t make someones day better. After calling corporate theres nothing that will be done because they are all indians who don’t speak english

A Mac's convenience store + gas station. They almost always undercut the Petro across the street, and the convenience store itself is large and well stocked.
