Dr. Simone Seltzer treated me for a major tooth infection. It was questionable if the tooth can be saved but she was successful in performing a procedure that cured the infection and saved my tooth. Dr. Seltzer presents you with available options and thoroughly and professionally explains procedures. Excellent follow-up. Highly recommended.

I was referred to The Endodontic Specialists as an emergency patient. I had been in excruciating pain for 9 days where three Tylenol 3's along with an Ibuprofen pain killer wouldn't take away the pain. The office took me in the following day at 8:00 a.m for a consultation and performed a root canal the same day. I have had horrible experiences in the past with almost every oral doctor I have encountered and I was expecting something similar. This experience was very, very different, thank goodness. Every person I encountered starting from the all the ladies at the front counter to Jesse and Tara and everyone else, whose name I cannot remember, were fantastic! I was treated by Dr Grossman who was assisted by, I believe her name was Melina, they did such a fantastic job and put my mind at ease that the procedure was going to go well. Dr Grossman worked quickly and efficiently and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole process as he knew dental offices make me anxious. Dr Grossman promised me that after the procedure I would not experience the same pain just a little pain and discomfort due to the root canal, and he was right. I didn't experience any pain throughout the whole procedure nor did I experience horrible pain afterwards, to tell you the truth it was a far better experience than I was anticipating. I would recommend Dr Grossman and his team at The Endodontic Specialists to anybody who is in need of their services. Thank you for all of your fantastic work, your professionalism, your caring, and your excellent customer service. I'm hoping I never have to see you again, for obvious reasons, but if I ever need this procedure done again, I will definitely be back. Thanks again!

Been going to thisendodontist office for over 20 years. All of the dentists are excellent but Dr. Simone Seltzeris fantastic..very caring and gentle and does great work. Never any problems after and I've had loads of root canals. Johanne g.

My son recently had a procedure completed by Dr. Glassman. The procedure required two visits. Each visit was wonderful. The staff interactions were warm and welcoming, they had a process that was organized and formulated to be patient friendly. The office was up to date and clean without being uncomfortably medical.Dr. Glassman himself was calm, kind and very approachable. He spoke in language my son and I both understood and answered all questions with care.The staff created a pleasant atmosphere as they were also cheerful and friendly amoung themselves as well as with us.Overall it was a fantastic expirence and we are very appreciative of the professional and kind service.

My son was referred here by our family dentist when he broke his front tooth. We had already seen two emergency dentists before that had made a temporary fix, taken x-rays and had concluded he needed a root canal. I made it clear that we had already seen two other dentists, knew we needed a root canal and was looking for a place that can do the treatment ASAP.Vanessa assured us that Dr. Shedletsky would see us in two days and would take a look and be able to do the root canal the same day. Unfortunately all he did was take yet another x-ray, brag about how his x-ray is better than the other dentists. He then told us what we all already knew, that my son needed a root canal. I am a registered dentist who worked for 50 years next door in Standard Life center. Dr. G. Glassman did a molar root canal several years ago which extended its life. I now need another one and my son is also an Endodontist who prefers not to work on me. The quality of care I received was exceptional and highly recommend this office. Dr. Dacko

Dr. Partnoy is amazing!!! He was quick and efficient. The whole procedure was painless and he checks in with you throughout the process to make sure you are still doing ok. The whole visit was fantastic from the moment you enter until you leave. I was greeted when coming in and didn’t have to wait until I was called to the procedure room. Immediately I was attended by the doctor’s assistants. The staff here is very friendly and Informative. They are also very efficient and do not make you wait long unlike other clinics. Post-procedure Christie patiently explain everything to you and the next steps. She is great by the way. She tries to make your life easier even if it means more work for her. Thanks for that. If you are a nervous patient as I was then this is the place to go. This visit was more comfortable than going to a dentist and I am no longer nervous about doing a root canal. I have done root canals before and this has been by far the best experience. Highly recommend this clinic and it’s team.

Can't say enough about these people. The efficiency the way every person there deals with you with such respect. Not to mention what a great job they do. Would be wrong not to mention Dr. Glassman specifically. Great guy, down to Earth and really cares about his patients. Wouldn't hesitate for a nanosecond in recommending them.

Dr Grossman is exceptional. I was referred because it was a back molar. My appt was booked within a week of the first call. I feel very fortunate to have had Dr Grossman do the work. He has a great sense of humour and made sure I was comfortable with each step. The hygienist and office staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, an excellent experience (for a root canal). One suggestion. Maybe you could put a sign on the closet door in the lobby. I walked into the closet instead of the exit. lol. Still a good day.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. I needed a repeat root canal because the first one was done badly by a specialist in Phoenix AZ. There was a big collection of infection beneath the tooth. Anyway everything went really well and now I’m 100% fixed. Cannot praise Dr Grossman highly enough!
