The lady working is always so kind whenever I come in. I personally come back just because her service is so lovely. She is always so helpful & the most pleasant person. The quality of dog food is incredible — the only store I'm comfortable getting food & bones for my dog!! 10 stars!

Bone & Biscuit is awesome! The staff are knowledgeable about the products and they make some great recommendations. They carry a wide variety of products from raw to bagged foods and I love their assortment of cookies and cupcakes for our furry friends. :)

Owner is amazing. Friendly, extremely knowledgeable and got my senior kitty hooked on food he desperately needed!!

We just recently added a new puppy to our family and I am blown away at the amazing customer service they provide. between my husband and I we have visited the store 3 times now and the girls are so knowledgeable and friendly. Honestly you will not find better customer service or selection.

Fantastic staff, lovely bakery options for my puppy and raw options. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly when I was browsing the store. Even gave us some samples in our bag when we were done shopping!

We've been getting our Raw dog food from here for years. Staff is always helpful, friendly and so so knowledgeable.I called and asked for a toy to be placed on hold, Hope was more than happy to accommodate!When I went in to pick up food and the toy Briana (& Hope) were extremely helpful. Briana took the time to explain several options for toys, and time consuming chews for my pup. Super appreciate her time, and endless knowledge!Love that they carry a toy brand that offers lifetime warranty! We go through dog toys so fast! Plus dog toys can be so expensive! Knowing they carry a brand that offers free replacements as long as you have original packaging, receipt and whatever is left of the toy is really appealing!We will happily continue to support this business.Love the new look since their recent flooding. Very welcoming!

Went here for their third anniversary with my friend we both spent the minimum of $50 per person when we checked out, we were told that it was 1 swag bag per family.. but we werent family we just decided to go together to treat our dogs….. next time I suggest you guys check IDS and not assume when people come in they are from the same household.

Great little locally-owned shop. These staff are not only friendly but extremely helpful and very knowledgeable in the products they carry. Whether you are looking for information on raw diet for your pet or what toys are best for them they seem to know at all which is absolutely Fantastic Beasts or is clean and well-managed.
