Banff Flowers - Forget-Me-Not Flowers

I ordered flowers from overseas, and it’s pretty perfect for the event!Great wrapped and perfect flowers quality!

Lorelle at Forget me not flowers is absolutely amazing. I am so blown away by the amazing work they have done for me. Everything was perfect. You brought exactly what I wanted to life. Communication was so easy you always got back to me right away. I loved all the colours and the brown tone roses were stunning everyone at my wedding was commenting on them that we have never seen anything like it. I loved every flower you picked for my bouquets. How you threw in the grasses and paper fans was so cute just the perfect touches all around and the perfect amount of eucalyptus. I’m so obsessed with all of it. Streamers were just adorable. Smelled amazing, looked great all day and Im never going to forget them. You made all my flower wedding day dreams come true I cannot thank you enough ladies. This is not reliable vendor, not recommend for the important events such as wedding due to the following 2 terrible experience.1. The owner changed the follower design without notify me. Here are a couple of detailed change I noticed :- we discussed the arrangement should minimal to no white" all the roses I picked is champagne

Forget Me Not Flowers is the place to go for absolutely stunning flowers!! The owner is such a sweet, genuine individual and was such an amazing lady to deal with. I had an idea of what I wanted for flowers for my small intimate wedding, and she took that to the next level! With just a few Pinterest photos and a chat on the phone she put together flowers that were better than I could have ever imagined. Her artistic flare and choice of flowers made our flower arrangements truly unforgettable. The flowers were stunning and added the pop of colour our early spring wedding needed!From the application process to the consult and to the delivery on the day, Forget Me Not Flowers was professional, provided high quality products and were so lovely to work with. I will be recommending them to anyone I know!!!!

Forget Me Not Flowers did a fabulous job on the florals for our wedding! We had 12 centerpieces, florals for the arch, 3 bouquets, 3 boutonnieres, and 2 corsages that all turned out flawlessly. They matched the inspiration photos I sent so well. Could not ask for better!

We enlisted Lorelle at Forget Me Not Flowers (Banff Flowers) for our wedding earlier this year. The selection and arrangements of the bouquets, ceremony backdrop and center pieces were all wonderful and even better than we had envisioned.

This isn’t the review I was hoping to leave for this company, but I feel it necessary. I am extremely disappointed in Banff Flowers, and I’m glad I did not spend my money here.They ask you to fill out their forms, create Pinterest boards etc. and then don’t check their emails (response from management is they can’t be blamed when emails go to their spam folder). When I called 10 days later, they said they didn’t have the forms I submitted to the email they provide on their website. I understand things can go missed, but it’s probably a good idea to check spam/junk folders every day so brides are not waiting and finding themselves in a desperate position due to timing.The estimate. The price gouging is despicable. $500 for a bouquet. $400 for 20 white roses and baby’s breath in empty votive candles I would have provided them with. In addition, I was quoted a $100 delivery fee for a 5 minute drive from their shop to my hotel. Although I felt customer service was lacking for adding on this unreasonable fee, I decided to go ahead with booking them because my wedding was less than a month away and because I really liked the look of their arrangements.I told Lorelle, who I assume is the owner, I would like to go ahead with booking them for a bouquet, boutonnière, and table arrangement. I let her know I would forgo the small votive arrangements because I figured I could do it myself and save a few hundred dollars and stay within my budget for flowers. I expected to sign the proposal for the flowers right after that, but was instead met with a hostile response that they could no longer take the order. I honestly could not believe this response as I had been in communication with her just minutes prior to this discussing the estimate she had provided and going over details. When I questioned this with her and reminded her that I had been waiting for a response for 10 days with no reply from when I submitted the request form, and now my wedding is only a few weeks away, I was told they could not be blamed for emails going to their spam, and would only take on the order if I also added on the rose/baby breath votive arrangements.The impression I was left with is they would only be happy providing flowers for my wedding if they could financially take advantage of me. I think Banff Flowers should be ashamed for the way this situation was handled. It was a display of extremely poor customer service and disregard for the time I had invested waiting for them. It was clear to me that Lorelle/ Banff Flowers wanted to gouge me as much as they could with no justification. It’s unreasonable, and I would advise any future bride to be wary of purchasing their flowers from here.

I absolutely loved how my wedding flowers turned out! I sent a picture of what I was wanting and they created the most beautiful bouquets!! Lorelle was so helpful and quick to respond with a quote and so easy to work with. I highly recommend Forget Me Not Flowers!!

WOW!!! From the second I started talking to Lorelle about the florals for our wedding was amazing! She helped keep us in budget and still made our vision a reality! The flowers were incredible!! We are still receiving compliments on all our flowers!! We cannot thank them enough!!
