This company was friendly and responsive booking the appointment. However they did not finish the job and which led to some miscommunication and spending more money on my part.*We were able to come to an amicable agreement and I was pleased with the their goal for customer satisfaction in the end. The miscommunication was resolved.

Terrible experience. Not responsive at all and does not keep scheduled appointments. After the initial assessment which I had to pay $100 for, I tried to book them to come back to remove the pests from my attic. After multiple attempts over two weeks, and a confirmation that they would complete it by the end of this week, they were a no show (today is Friday). I did not get any call backs either and any attempts to reach them has failed. Save your time and money and go elsewhere to a company that is more responsible.

Regis and Ricky did an excellent job. Very professional and friendly, they returned multiple times to ensure the problem was resolved, first creating a one-way raccoon door, then a one-way squirrel door. They also fixed the roof. I very much appreciate their patience and understanding with this problem. Reasonably priced as well.

I rarely leave negative reviews.The original quote for raccoon removal was low as compared to others so I decided to go with them. Upon visit, they did the outside survey of roof and declared that there is no raccoon problem.Never visited the attic to check what is there. Disappointed to pay $150 to get only external roof checked.

Found a Raccoon in my shed on Saturday and called Regis. Within 30 minutes he was at my home and got to work! What a great guy! Professional service and very reasonable priced.
