Love the face mask I bought from you at the One of Kind Show in Toronto a couple of months ago. Sadly, I lost it, and when I went to order another one, it looks like your website has been hacked and the phone number that comes up in a Google search is out of service. Are you still in business? I bought my first cooling tie a few years ago. It has made a big difference on very hot days. I've just bought a new tie and no doubt I'll be wearing it later this week as the temperature rises again. Thank you for a great product and excellent customer service!
