WHAT AN AMAZING STORE! They have such a large variety of items for such a small space and it is so well organized! I find it to always be clean, the workers are always helpful, and they have handled this covid situation amazingly! Will definitely be going back often.

I love how the store is neat and organized into colours as well as sizes and season wear. They do a fabulous job in making the place look appealing. It is a small store which has many benefits. The prices are reasonable. Staff show they care!

Cute shop. Friendly workers in the store. Not a huge selection but nicer stuff than the regular Goodwill. I did purchase a couple of things. Will go back some time in the future. Probably not for a while.... it's at the opposite side of town for me.Definitely worth checking out. But you may need to go back a few times before you find something.

No refund or exchange, specially on the brand new items!!! Even if we pay taxes on them!Customer pays... loses, and feels embarrassedand guilty, all because the company is selling poor quality items, and Managers don't seem to care. Company buys and sells without checking"--their word!No worries though since customer satisfaction is of no concern here at all what so ever!"

I dropped by for a quick visit and stayed almost an hour. The selection is small but well organized and displayed nicely. They do curate high-end brands with popular know items (Joe Fresh, Zara, Banana Republic).The staff was very helpful and made a few suggestions. Shoes were limited but in good condition. Decent selection of purses and custom jewelry.Small selection of housewares, books and children's wear. Would much rather the focus on women and menswear as this is a tiny location.One of only two boutique-concept stores, it's a nice addition to the thrifting choices in London.Found a few gems. I'll be back.

I really do adore this location and up until recently, you could find treasures at a good deal. I noticed since the previous manager left, prices have sky rocketted on all items even things that are very basic and not name brand. A while back, an employee confirmed with me that they research items and their value online and that is how things are priced. Keep in mind that an eBay asking price is not what an item sold for and basing prices off this is ludicrous. Their online store has gone down the drain with clothing that shouldn't even be showcased at this boutique" . It is laughable to be honest. A pair of extremely beaten up

Items for sale are ok. I find there is a better variety at a regular goodwill store. The difference is that this is more curated with items neatly organized into sections and nicely displayed. More like a resale boutique than a goodwill. If you like the thrill of the huny this place probably isn't for you.
