Please read and call me for details. Sold a 11k heat pump which failed after one year. Replacement parts ordered and wrong parts delivered. Today marks 36 days without my Aires Pro 4 ton heat pump. Kerr has not been very helpful and if anything rude. UPS air was supposed to send the part last week. :( service
