Summerhill Cottage & Cabin Rentals

My girlfriend and I stayed here for one night and absolutely loved it. The cabin was very clean along with their washrooms. Fran was extremely kind and helpful with answering any questions we had, and the cabin was priced very competitively. We will definitely be returning in the coming years!

Owners are very nice and welcoming. They offered great suggestions about activities to do in the area. The cabin was very clean and a great value. Owners are onsite during weekend to help keep noise and guest under control. There are some very friendly squirrels who will eat right out of your hands. I will definitely be back next year.

Myself and a close friend of mine just spent our May 24 weekend in Wasaga at Summerhill. There is so many amazing things about this place. First of all, our initial reaction to seeing the inside of our little cottage was this is the cutest

Beautiful place to spend a week! Cottage and grounds absolutely spotless. Hosts are warm and welcoming and accessible in the unlikely event there is a problem. Trying to book for next year already, fingers crossed!

My son and i Had a great time. House is beautiful and has comfy beds. We did BBQ, enjoyed bonfire in the evening. 2 minutes walking to the beach. Thank you for hosting I would recommend this place to my friends.

Our group of 7 (4 adults and 3 children) stayed her for a week mind July. The location is perfect as it is located just off the main road that leads to the beach (5 minute walk max)Our hosts Jeff and Fe were absolutely wonderful. Thery were super friendly and ensured that we had everything we needed. There was some bad weather during our stay and they went out of their way to make sure that we had somewhere safe to go if needed.The cottage we rented was spacious and had all the amenities you could ask for. The kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to prepare/cook all of our meals and cleanup was a breeze with the dishwasher doing most of the work.There was also a washer and dryer which is not something that we have never had in a vacation rental. Being able to do a load of laundry came in very handy during our stay.We have already booked again for next year!

Loved the place! It is just 5mins walk to Beach 1 area. Location is amazing. The cabins come with all the necessities exactly as advertised. The owners Fran and John are so caring and approachable. The washrooms were very clean. They also provided us with fire pit. I liked the fact that there was a rope attached to the cabin for drying clothes, sink had dishwashing soap and scrub pad. Although small things but makes life easy.

These cottages are amazing and can honestly say one of the best stays I have had anywhere. Fran (The owner) and her family are friendly and amazing people who always are there to help with your every need! I planned a Prom cottage for my group of friends and it was 100% successful and so much fun. The cabins were VERY clean as well as the washrooms and the property. Summerhill is a 3 minute walk from the main beach and shops which was amazing. The security guards are respectful, very friendly and the rules that are set out are very fair. Overall I can say that my group had an amazing and memorable time all because of Fran's hard work, passion and care for her guests. Thank you so so much Summerhill I'm sure I will stay again!

This location is a hidden gem. Owners were welcoming, always available for anything we needed, and so friendly. The entire property is gorgeous, spacious, and well taken care of. We can't wait to return this summer

Had a 4 night stay here and Fran was so incredibly kind and accommodating. Our cottage was spotless and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Will definitely be making this a yearly vacation spot. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay!
