Seaton Sunrooms

This company was top notch from start to finish. Our 3 season sunroom was installed in late October of 2021 and we are now able to fully enjoy it's advantages. We LOVE it!! On chili windy days and even rainy days, we are able to close the sliding windows and enjoy the day. The beautiful sunny days are experienced at a new level in our covered space. Soon our little outdoor mood inhibitors ( mosquitos) will be out and that will not concern us. We are all screened in.Brooke was amazing and professional to work with us through the process. Once Jason and his crew arrived on site, they were ALL friendly, respectful and very efficient.

Jason and his team were a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. If you want a high quality product and professional service, don't even bother calling elsewhere. Everyone comments on how much they love our screens, but noone loves them more than we do. Thank you Seaton Sunrooms!

This rating should have been a strong 4.5 to 5 because the Seaton product was very well done in the end, however, getting there was a journey of frustration. It took an entire year from taking our sizeable deposit to completion, but we were never informed that was going to be the case. We weren’t naive about supply chain issues, but we discovered later our project just missed their order date for aluminum (I believe), which wasn’t ordered until months later and fulfilled months after that.This review was originally a lot longer, however, I felt readers would put it down to another whining customer. So, here it is in a nutshell.There was a lack of communication, to say the least, about timelines and expectations for completion. The post hole company didn’t protect our neighbour’s soft lawn as promised, we ended up swallowing about $400 because questions about stairs and skirting went unanswered, and tempers flared up over improper decking materials being used. Tempers flew up a few times over various issues, along with some rude exchanges from a couple of employees in particular.In the end, believe it or not and after having to recall them to finish a couple of details, we do like our screen room. And, we do recommend the Seaton product, but the process getting to the end left us frustrated nonetheless.

We had Seaton Sunrooms do screens for our covered porch and it is an amazing improvement in the enjoyment of this space. Their on site crew where professional and very accommodating to our last minute requests on installation. Brooke and Jason the owners of Seaton Sunrooms were a pleasure to deal with.

From the start our experience with Seaton was excellent. Jason came out to the house and was informative and easy to talk to. Then the installers came and were professional and detail oriented. The retractable blinds are exactly what we were looking for and Seaton was the best priced . Thanks Seaton.

Seaton installed 4 beautiful screens last fall for my family. This week was the first time we needed a quick repair done due to something that was completely our fault. I called on Wednesday and Haley ensured Someone would be out this week. Friday morning Jason showed up and did the quick repair. Not that I hope to use their customer service frequently, but I am sure that if I need them, they are quick and attentive. Great job to the entire team at Seaton!

Seaton’s staff went above and beyond when the remote to my motorized screened-in porch decided to stop working the day prior to a bbq I planned for 12 people. Hayley at Seaton got me a new remote the same day, discovered it was still under warranty (so I avoided the $240 cost of a new one) and when she realized the programming instructions were a little complicated, arranged it so a serviceman came by the same day. The serviceman got it working in minutes, then did a little bit of extra work on the screen and, as an extra kind gesture that had nothing to do with Seaton’s product, popped in a section of siding in my sunroom that had fallen down. I knew Seaton had top-notch products but the customer service I experienced was exceptional. Businesses take note, this is how you keep customers coming back.

The Seaton crew did an excellent job installing our screens The service was superb. We love the screens, they are great looking and really cut down on the sun, so it extends our season.The price was excellent. We would recommend them to anyone.
