Top notch service from Melissa and also the owner who went above and beyond to fix my pants and get my dry cleaning done in no time. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Laura, the owner at Magic Clean. I needed a wedding dress cleaned with very little time and they did a beautiful job. I did not realize that they did alterations and I brought it elsewhere. the dress was marked by the seamstress and again Laura was willing and able to help. She spent excessive time cleaning someone else’s mistake and allowed my daughter to take her dress to Europe. Laura is a beautiful person in a world where many just don’t seem to care. I will use this cleaners for everything in the future. They also do alterations and I would use them before I tried anyone else as she truly cares about her work and the work of those she employs. Absolutely excellent service! I've gone to them with many complex requests for alterations and they always do an incredible job! Great turnover time and the quality is always top notch -- you'd never even be able to tell the finished product didn't always look that way! Highly recommended.

I have only just started going to Magiclean recently, and I have had a much better experience than I am used to at other dry cleaning services.They are quick, professional, and the staff I have interacted with are incredibly kind. It is wonderful to see a business that is quite clearly putting their best into what they do, and it is paying off in droves for the customer experience.

Very friendly service . After bringing my duvet in for a cleaning it was returned in a perfect, white , fluffy cloud condition . I especially like how it didn’t have a strong chemical floral smell like I have experienced at other dry cleaning locations.10/10

Excellent work on all dry cleaning items. Customer Service is moderately good - not excellent. Staff can be a bit fussy at times with customers, not outright rude, just a tad short.
