Jeff and his crew are the best at what they do. We had some ICBC claim damage, and also paid for some paint work. They had it finished earlier than promised and it looks like new. Very courteous and fast service from Shauna up front! Deal with her, she is a gem! I highly recommend this enterprise for all of your body shop needs. THE BEST AROUND! Thanx to the entire staff! Have called twice in the past week to ask a simple question to one of the estimators re: availability of Suzuki Grand Vitara parts due to Suzuki leaving the North American market for cars and if they can still work on them.First time I was told to leave my contact info and an estimator would get back to me, no response.Second time I called to ask to follow up (as no one had contacted me), I had asked to speak with an estimator but I was rudely told (with attitude) that I will not be allowed to speak to one, to email or leave a message again and they will get back to me on their terms.It's obvious they're not interested in my business or perhaps the receptionist wasn't interested in helping me out. I will ensure to let people know to stay away from this business due to lack of customer service here.
