During the peak of corona in September 2020 I politely asked her if she could wear the gloves before touching my new born baby but she bluntly refused and asked me to leave if I have problem with her not wearing gloves! Super rude and arrogant dr I have ever met. Wish there was option to give negative star rating!

I have 2 daughters who have been with this pediatrician since birth.Dr. Jain has always put my kids health first, she is very thorough and detailed i have never waited more than 15 minutes for an appointment. The staff is very organized and friendly and the office is clean. Every time i go in she asks to hold my now 3 year old she loves kids and i am appalled at all these bad reviews i see on here. Dr. Jain is a great doctor whom is caring and great at her job. and makes my kids feel better no questions asked, my children love going there because they know that she will make them feel better.

We took our newborn daughter to two consultations of two minutes each, in which she only weighed our baby and did not want to answer our questions. a doctor without vocation or empathy with new parents. Very unprofessional.

We've been with Dr. Jain for 10 years and she's been excellent all the way through. She's a doctor who is very calm, knows her stuff and cares about the kids. It's true she will not sit around talking for long, but that means she is efficient and will always fit you in. Her office is pleasant and well run with a great front desk person who used to give the kids stickers. I'd recommend her whole-heartedly.

I had 2 appointments for my newborn with Dr Jain. Total appointments last 2 mins. She didn't look interested. Our baby had some problems when she was born . She just weighted her and bye. We found another pediatrician and he checked everything.

Love her! Doesn't waste time so it may feel like you're being rushed if you're not used to her speed. But she addresses all your concerns, genuinely cares about the babies and is spot on about everything. I've moved so far and still haven't found anyone up to her level so I'm still making the trip into the city to have her see my daughter, I have yet to find someone else I trust

Wonderful Doctor! I feel my children are in excellent hands with Dr. Jain. She's usually on time and office is clean. Also don't have to wait 3 weeks for appointments. Highly recommend.

Dr Jain has been my baby's pediatrician since birth at Mount Sinai 2021 and I find her to be brilliant. As a first time mom she knew when to be straight with me and at the same time always reassuring me. She has 4 children of her own so can relate to most issues.

Dr. Jain has been a gift to my family and my wife and I couldn't ask for a more thoughtful or caring doctor for our children. She truly cares and always makes herself available. Her bedside manner is second to none and my children absolutely love to go see her. That says a great deal considering its when they are Ill or need another rounder of shots!!
