Steven is an a fantastic RMT Therapist- I have been seeing him multiple times a month for basic maintenance and stress release. I really feel the impact when I miss a session- he is so great at what he does. Steven asks what I want and need, and also provides excellent assessment of what is going on for my muscles. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a strong therapeutic massage and wants to feel better! Thanks Steven!

I have chronic pain from myofascial pain disorder (hard lumpy trigger points in all my muscles) and I was desperate for some pain relief. Lucked out as a walk in and was very surprised with an exceptional massage from Steven. He didn’t waste any time, was thorough, and really worked through some massive trigger points. I would highly recommend him to any friend or family member.
