The phone service administration MALE is either drunk or rude to the point of being reviewed . But I have never ran into this issue in my life until now . I have used this taxi service and given each taxi from the average of 80-100$ days … and I will no longer be using the taxi service at all because of his own ability as the operator. So congrats sir lassale biggest client is thrown off . And will no longer trust angrinion taxis . If he was my employee … he wouldn’t even get the two week notice . It was a drunk operator honeslty I spend about 300$ a week on taxis . I’m like soooo shocked by how gross this operator is . If you do call and contact with a male operator do yourself the favour and just hang up. I don’t think their management knows what’s going on lol. If they did … he’d be like fired in shame lol I’m literally SHOCKED by my conversation

Needed a taxi to get to the airport. I specified this to the dispatcher who told me waiting time would be 10 to 15 minutes. I called back after half an hour and was told they had no cars in my sector. They offered to text me when one was available but I had no time to wait. Pretty reliable most times. However there is one particular operator that is not the nicest to talk to. She is usually short and sometimes rude.The drivers are very friendly and pretty much know the area. They dont mind following your direction if u have a preferred route.My only thing is sometimes the cars are smelly of cigarettes. So if that would bother you, id suggest requesting a non smoker.

EXTREMELY MAD between 2:50pm and 3:05pm im driving getting to Champlain and Raymond and I’m driving and there is a taxi turning right on Champlain from Raymond while I’m going through the yellow light still having time the taxi driver was already pulling up to turn right before his light was ready and he almost hit me then we meet up at the light on rue Gagne and Champlain and he decideds to through his drink in my car then drives through the red light wow I hope many other people post about this event today cause this is not okay I hope u have a tracker on that driver he doesn’t Deserve his job he was driving a white Toyota Prius and the back of his car was really dirty I couldn’t even see the licence plate I usually take a taxi from angrignon to saint Michel twice a week with angrignon taxi and now I will never sit in this taxi company again no one deserves to get juice thrown at them and on top of things he going through a red light on Champlain and Gagne I hope u find out who did this and must pay for damages to my car

I took a taxi at night and the driver would not stop talking the whole time. Afterwards he insisted on showing me where he lived while the meter was still running. It was late at night and all I wanted was to go home. I expect more professionalism from these drivers. It was unnecessary and unwanted .The dispatcher was also rude and useless. I don’t think she likes working there and frankly I don’t care. With the attitude she has ... she would be more useful working somewhere where human interaction is not necessary.

Very Impolite call center. first the guy was debating with me that address is wrong. Then when he realized it is correct, he said it is not in our area and bye" hanged the phone!!I could not believe such a people with this manner can stay in the business. Avoid them"

We needed a taxi to the airport at 3am so tried to book in advance first during the previous day and then at 2.30am but were told both times that there would be plenty of cars available and to call when we were ready. So as instructed, we called at 2.50am only to be told there's no cars available! When we explained our situation the operator was very rude and ended up hanging up on my partner without a solution.To our surprise one of their taxis did show up at 3.25 am after a lot of stress trying to find another company to take us.The taxi driver was fine though, just the customer service on the phone was terrible and added a lot of unnecessary stress.Do not recommend if you need to get somewhere on time.

Some of the drivers are good, but the bad ones are so bad it ruins the experience with them.The other day I took one from a grocery store, told the guy the address. I ever spelled out the name of the street. I told him what streets to take even. He did take the streets I told him to take but drove right passed my place. I told him he passed but didn't listen to me.To he tells me I told him a different street name.Thing is I spelled it out for him.

OK service not very fast and staff not top but the only company serving lasalle
